Great food and friendly staff. However, I would recommend making the sambhar little bit spicier flavor. Also, there was only one person taking order and it was busy. He got little confused and wrote down wrong thing. I found this out when the item came. So I would recommend that the server repeats the order back to reconfirm. Otherwise this place is great and very positive environment. People who gave one star may have had bad experience depending on the day and time they went there. Keep up the good work.

After reading all the reviews it seems like the business hours appear atypical for a new restaurant. And understaffed you would think that during a weekend you would have enough people to runs. I wouldnt never go back to this establishment. And definitely would not recommend this place either. As a side note it seems like the reviewers could be affiliated with the business so not sure how trust worthy they could be and to be honest I would actually give this place no stars.

Best family restaurant. Sambar and rasam without onion and garlic is way too awesome. Cant beat the taste and aroma that you get when you dip Idly / Vada it. I have been visiting them for the past three years. Perfect choice for catering and live dosa show. Definitely worth it to try all kinds of Dosas and uthappams from this restaurant. Forget not: Badam Halwa the best sign off signature at the end of your meal.

Very reasonable prices for dosas and appetizers. Havent had a chance to have curries. Idly was nice and soft, the chutneys were fresh and delicious and the sambhar was spicy but goes well with mild dosas and idly. Badam halwa had too much ghee but seemed fresh. We dont have many indian restaurants in Bergen county, so, we will go there multiple times and update the review every time to give a complete picture.

Dont Even think ones to visit this place.....Worst food, Worst service and worst ambiance. The quantity is so little and taste is so awful i even lost my craving for indian food after visited this place. Please dont waste your time and money.......this is going to close soon.

I was there last weekend to this family owned new place in Garfield, we loved it. We used to go to their previous restaurant Mysore Woodlands in Parsippany. We really love their Bisi bele Bhath and Badam Halwa. They are really authentic South Indian.

Really authentic south indian food. We ordered dosa varieties . Sambar and chutney are real good. We went at night 8:45 pm , from outside it looked very simple but the inside ambience is real nice with music
