Terrible! The server has no idea what he is doing, it took me way too long to explain what I needed (which is a standard thing everyone has ) then still had to ask the manager - the most arrogant and incompetent woman I have ever seen working in a deli: she was far too busy chewing on something to pay attention what I was saying. After having to repeat for the 5th time (counting the previous helper) I finally get through only to find out they are out of the dish I needed. I say I will take is left as I wasted far too much time already to wait on another tray, but I assume they will charge less - she straight up lies to me that it is actually a full portion (seriously two small spoons of chicken,. NOT a full portion) By this time I just want to get out, so she can keep the dollar or two she was saving on this mess, but I sure will not come back, and neither will I recommend this place to anyone. Non existent service, mediocre food and a royal waste of time.

Spice Rack has amazing food and a great selection of Indian/Asian/Caribbean items that you wont find at other locations. The people there are friendly and helped me get the things I needed (even though I didnt know the name of some stuff) While I shopped for some snacks and other items, I placed an order for some Doubles, Rotti, Curry Goat and Okra.... all of which my family and I devoured within moments of eating! Spice Rack is hands down the best place to go to get your Indian / Caribbean cravings satisfied.

I enjoy their food every single time I go, I am never disappointed. They give me samples for dishes I have never had. The food is so flavorful and the service is nice. Ive been going since Febuary 2017, and kind of stumbled upon it. Finding good ethnic vegan meals on Staten Island is hard, so I was very happy to find something ETHNIC and VEGAN FRIENDLY. I happen to still eat fish, so I tried their King fish curry and oh my goodness! delicious! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ! and affordable!

Everything we ordered was outstanding! Very good and fresh Indian food And the Chef (dont recall his name) had a fantastic personality and was very willing to make recommendations, which we found really helpful. We plan to go back again and again.

Very rude cashier.Doesnt even say thank you.I had to ask her if she can please place my item in a bag.Extremely rude .Unwelcoming vibe.Its like they are doing you a favor that you are shopping there.
