DONT DO IT! Just order Dominos, they have those great lava cakes. My experience went a little something like this. 9:00-Ordered pizza online. 9:10- Called store and verified with employee that order went through. 11:05- Met pizza delivery man halfway down my driveway and tried not to rip the boxes out of his hand. Still gave him a tip because, hey maybe it isnt his fault. 11:08- Husband realizes we didnt get our 2L of Pepsi. Look out window and delivery guy is STILL there. Why? I dont know, but maybe it IS his fault. 11:09- Run outside and have a brief conversation: "You forgot my soda." "What? Was it Mountain Dew?" Looks around car and what appears to be like four other orders. "It could be. The website didnt give me an option so I think it was Pepsi." "Ok, Ill be right back with it?" "Ok, well, wait. Like right back right back or two hours right back??" "Right back right back." "Ok". 12:15- Driver shows up with 2L of Cherry Pepsi just in time for me to go to bed. And I learn "Right back right back" means one hour. And I also learn to NEVER order from Pizza Hut again.

They dont know what they are doing in clementon they should stop hanging out back smoking up to no good and serve the customers with respect it took 20 min to get a drink and over an hour to cook a mediem pizza with cheese bread I didnt see anyone even in the place when u walk in its like a cave theres barley any lights on I would never go there again everyone there is very shaddy pizza hut should drug test their employees its crazy I love pizza hut pizza its the best but the one in clementon nj is a joke I would not be proud to own and run that place. Sorry pizza hut great food bad service in clementon never had that problem anywhere else.

Ordered online, which was fine until the actual order was received missing items I ordered. I had to call the store multiple times to get an actual person on the phone after being transferred one too many times and someone picking up the phone but hanging right up without saying a word. Spoke to the manager and she could care less that items were missing from my order. Instead of accepting fault she made excuses stating incidents like this happen a lot. If youre going to manage a business you should not accept that "incidents like this" happen a lot. Will not be ordering from here again.

Horrible service. Ordered pizza around 6:15 and got it at 6:50.When I was there this lady had brought back two pizzas after waiting for 25 mins because they were burnt and hard as rocks. She then had to wait for another 30 minutes. We were waiting for so long we decided to just take our money back and leave. But the lady there told us it would be only another "2 minutes". She said this about 10 times after every 3 minutes. Luckily when the pizza arrived it was OKAY not good nor bad. Would not recommend. Just go to the nearby taco bell,McDonald or Burger King

If there was an option for zero stars I would click that. I checked on my gps and it said Im 2.4 miles away but they wont deliver because they dislike and discriminate against my town (Washington township). So after deciding well just send my sister to pick up our order they said their new policy is that they dont accept payment over the phone. Everybody STAY AWAY from this Pizza Hut, worst business model Ive ever experienced, they clearly dont want to grow the business. Wont be surprised when they go out of business

I ordered pasta, bread sticks and a soda at 8:45pm. They said 40 minutes which would be 9:25pm. I didnt receive my order until 10:18pm. The pasta and breadsticks were cold and the soda was warm and had dirt all over the outside of it. I feel as if they waited until closing to send my order out. Ive ordered from them before with minimal problems. Its a shame because Papa Johns and Dominos are cheaper but I order from Pizza Hut for the pasta and pan pizzas. Ill be ordering from the others for now on.

Completed my online order at 7:19 (text message to prove it) & its now 9:18 and still no order!! I understand 45-60 min but 2 hours is ridiculous!! Now the order finally arrives & they forgot out 2 Caeser Salads & the soda so the driver had to go back. When he gets back he has the soda & salads but no Caeser dressing. When I called they said they ran out. This place is unbelieveable!! Oh & it took me FOREVER to get a hold of anyone when I called!!

I ordered my pizza at 5pm it is now 730pm and im still waiting on it they said an hour which isnt bad because ik they are busy but when i work overnight and still need to sleep its ridiculous to wait this long for a simple $10box

my debit card was given to a customer - who decided to use my card for his order, and go next door and get yogurt then fill up his tank. The Manager Greg Martin was great in getting to the bottom of what happened!

They gave me burned pizza; I had to take it back. They had to remake the pizza cause it was that bad. I gave it two stars, because they at least had the decency to remake it.
