I noticed that most of these reviews talk about the food but no one mentions the service. I had a catering order for a very large business meeting that was to be delivered by 7:30am. I received a call at 5 minutes to 8 saying the driver could not find the where the food was to be delivered. When I asked why he waited a half an hour to let me know, he said that the driver was trying to provide a service and resolve the issue himself. Instead of taking accountability, he proceeded to make up different excuses for his driver’s lack of communication. Finally the owner, Carlo Bartlomeo, calls me back and instead of asking me what happened and trying to resolve the issue, he proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and that his driver was there only 10 minutes late not a half hour. Then he says that his driver was back by 8am. This is obviously a lie since I was on the phone with an employee at that time. Might I add, the owner was not even there when this was all happening so how would he know when the driver got back? Instead of letting me explain to him what happened, he proceeded to yell and talk over me telling me that he has been in business for 25 years and he knows what kind of customer I am. This is the first time I have EVER written a review (good or bad) of a place. He said to me that the customer is always wrong and said that I had 3 seconds to tell him what I wanted him to do about it and started counting down as if I was a child in trouble. After hanging up on me twice, he proceeded to tell me that he would give me 10% off “take it or leave it;” because he is not made of money and refuses to give me any more off of my $300+ order and then hung up on me again. Carlo is completely unprofessional and I will NEVER order from here again.

Decent food and a large selection: pizza, subs, fresh salad bar, pastas, drinks...etc. There are also tables to sit down and eat or just have a coffee. $10 minimum for delivery and $5 minimum for credit/debit card. Staff is extremely friendly, and delivery is usually pretty quick. Call to check closing hours as they change somewhat.

1 order of grilled chicken with Penne and vodka sauce crashed this kitchen at 6:15pm on a Thursday. It was the only order in the kitchen. Owner was standing next to me when I picked up the order and told the kid behind the counter that 25 minutes was ridiculous. He said nothing. ... And the food sucked.

Great Italian food. This is not a resturant, but there are places to sit near the front. If you want to buy some yummy Italian snacks and pasta this is also the place to go.
