Not sure if this is a problem for all locations, but the one inside the Parker Plaza building loves to overcharge. If you buy something one day the next time you buy the same thing the price will be higher. Not sure what sales tax rules they follow but it sure is way higher than allowed by the State of NJ. If you ever order there watch the lady at the register (who is always on the phone) punch in the price and then hit the magic register button that skyrockets the amount you will pay for your item(s). Food isnt even that great.

The food is OK. Prices are high (It is Englewood Cliffs, after all) and the service is VERY slow. If you dont call and order ahead of time, plan on waiting 5-10 minutes for a sandwich, even if the deli is empty or only has one or two people inside. This is frustrating since the number of people working there usually dwarfs the number of customers. Id go there more often if theyd fix the long waiting time.

The workers are rude and unprofessional!!! especially the women! they need to get employees that speak English and have patience! plus in my food there was a piece of hair which is disgusting! I advise to go to the fort lee location and not this one! horrible service! im never going to eat at this place again and ill make sure my co-workers dont come here either!

food is usually fresh and pretty good but their phone has been broken for years and when you try to place an order it is impossible. Not to mention their isnt an english speaking person there. When you call to place an order they act like their in a rush and sometimes even hang up before you finish your order.
