Went there for the first time after work to pick up a quick dish (I love lomo saltado) and to buy extra sauce as my family was making chicken at home. My total was $23.54. The three ladies working there that were sitting at a table when I walked in were less than thrilled to realize I was non-Spanish speaking. Luckily one of the young women spoke great English so it was fairly easy to order. I made it very clear I wanted extra sauces because that was one of the main purposes of stopping by. When my food was almost done I asked to pay and after a minute or so one lady stood up and swiped my card handing me my receipt with no pen and sat back down to talk with her co-workers. I looked around for a pen and could not find one so I even walked behind the counter to look as they chatted away. I finally walked up to the woman who were maybe 5 feet away watching me while still chatting and asked for a pen so I could leave a tip for my take-out. She gratefully handed me a pen and I wrote in a $3 tip, the total was now $26.54. I found it odd that she did not give me a copy of the receipt so I took a picture as I always keep restaurant receipts until they clear my account. As I grabbed my food I asked if there were extra sauces and the woman stated "mas sauces!!!" and I smiled and left. The food was average as Ive definitely had better lomo saltado. The "mas sauces" was ONE 2oz tiny container, when I asked for a minimum of 3. Not a huge deal but very irritating none the less. 3 days later I check my account and what do you know, they added an additional tip to my card! Even though it was only $2 more it was enough for me to want to write this post. I cant speak for the entire business but someone there is a thief and I would not recommend you going there unless you pay with cash and order items directly off the menu so you can see the price. Just imagine if they do this to people everyday! I will NOT be returning.

I was sitting there for 10 minutes no one ever came over to me then this people came over they sat down and in the matter of 30 seconds someone was taking care of them, after she finished taking their order I thought she was going to take care of me, instead she walked by me but never look at me, I had to call her then she took my order but with a attitude not too pleasant, not enough once i finished , never got anything picked up from my table and never got the check so I had to walk to the register and pay there. Ive been coming to this restaurant for about 6 years and I always liked it I have family coming over also and they have complained to me about this place because of their waitress being rude or not too friendly, and I never experienced that until now. I didnt come here for couple months and now that I came over couple things changed including the food it used to be really good now is just alright. 1/3/2016 so came back to their new place, hoping to have a good meal. however i got there once again service awful, like you talk to them and they keep walking leaving you with a wonder of "did they get that" anyways we already know that service is badddddd, i went today, i was craving peruvian food, and this place was ok for it, but, nahhh now def im not coming back to this place is has become worst now the food is lacking of flavor and meat, i order a chaufa mixto and there was only 1oz of beef and chicken combine!!! unbelievable! in other words it was 95% rice and 5% meat and it tasted bad. so now i will tell everyone to stay away from this place. it sucks big time now not just on service but on food too. awful really awful!!!!!! servicio super malo comida malisima

Hoy fui a tomar desayuno (juli 3,, 2016) mala atención , pedimos desayuno peruano , tamal chichorones, morcilla,, camote,, todo esto mal preparado,, y pedimos barios panes ,, y me trajo un pan viejo,, y nos dijeron que ya iban a traer mas panes y nunca llegaron,,. Esperamos media hora ,, y le reclamamos ala mesera ,, y nos dijo que no encontraron panes ,, y esto no es la primera ves, pagamos por un desayuno horrible ,, Así q tengan más cuidado cuando vallan a consumir ,,,,,

En primer lugar se vee q tú no as comido en el restaurante x q el pollo vale 14.99 ok y no 14.00 el pollo es muy rico y no vamos a cerrar x q ttenemos mucha clientela ay mucha personas q le gusta la comidas lm Sorry eso es Lo q quieren pero noooooooooo q pena x q la jente será asi dios da para todosss asa y no sólo se vende pollo se vende d todoooo comidas criollas y el mejor ceviche garantizadooooo ok

Son una mierda para atender el servicio es pesimo y les e pedido delivere y no me an traido la comida por tres ocaciones solamente saben decir que en tres minutos llega y es mentira desde la dueña hasta sus hijas atienden muy mal que horror

Its sad to see a good place go down in quality & service. Ordered a "Jalea" for pick up and when I got home, I was a bit upset ! There was ONE shrimp, TWO small pieces of fish, they fried an empty clam & added it to the plate, and some of the calamari wasnt fully cooked. Wish I could of took a picture of my take out platter but since I was hungry from working all day, I was looking forward for the good jalea that they usually make it

HORRIBLE experience. Ordered through Grubhub and after 3 hours and 4 phone conversations, still no food delivered. They told me that Grubhub orders needed to be confirmed over the phone and that they were no longer associated with Grubhub. Really? Then why are you a sponsored restaurant at the top of my list? At one point, they told me the food would be at my place in 10 minutes, but that clearly was a lie. Extremely unprofessional.

Its a small place, the food prices were fair, they do serve big portions, The Jalea and the Ceviche were excellent, the Chaufa I ordered came with rice and noodles, i was not happy to have so much sauce on the noodles, it kind of looked like a soup. The Chicha morada was really good. I didnt see in the menu, the Parillada,Rachi or Pancita, ( but they do serve Anticuchos) which was a big disappointment!!!

The food was good but waitress was a bit unfriendly looked bored , great value a. Did not have some of the food we wanted. Milanesa de Pollo (Chicken Milanese) was really good. They serve a lot .. wanted some dessert but didnt have any room for it. Also bathroom door wouldnt close so I had to have my husband guard the door. Overall good value , and good Peruvian food if you are in the area.
