I will never go to this place again. I went for the first time tonight to get a vegetarian bean burrito. I came in with my usual smile and the woman just looked at me with a frown as id, why is this not only non-Hispanic guy, but a black guy with ethnic clothes and a beard coming in here. The ironic part is that Chavez is in my name and I speak Spanish. Anyway, because of her attitude, I spoke in English instead of Spanish just to see if she would say something about me in Spanish. After asking her a few questions, she looked annoyed, as if "Why this guy is here and how I have to try to speak in English. She then says "oh my goodness out of annoyance because it was clear what she was saying with a heavy accent. The burrito was $5:25, but I had only four dollars in my pocket, as I wanted to use my debit card. She Said to me , "Oh, so you do not have money and cannot pay.", as if I was some broke homeless guy". I told her, "Yes, I have money, but I wanted to use my debit card." She then says," $10.00 minimum, go two doors down to the ATM machine. I got the money from the ATM and still came in with a smile, paid, said thank you and left. The burrito was large, but did not have much flavor. I have had much better burritos in the US and Mexico, with much better service. This restaurant is definitely intended for Mexicans from Mexico, or perhaps from other Latin American countries. They are not warm, courteous or professionalism from what I see, to "outsiders", perhaps some outsiders more than others. I usually do not write long and negative reviews, but this place contrasted from the Tastee Sub shop across the street, which 10 minutes earlier, I but a tuna sub. The sub place always has people from various ethnicities, and has a professional and friendly atmosphere. Crazy Burrito can take a lesson from them about diversity and good customer service. Perhaps, if they did, I would not had been one of two customers in an otherwise empty restaurant. This is not a reflection on other Mexican restaurants or Mexicans who are, overall a warm and hardworking people with a diverse, colorful and interesting history and culture with great food, at least the ones that I can eat due to religious reasonsl.

I really wanted to try this place since theyve had good reviews here. They had delivery service so I gave them a call today. The girl that picked up the phone spoke very limited English and it was a struggle to place the order over the phone, not to mention, getting them to understand what my address was. After painstakingly placing the order over the phone, the girl said to wait 40 minutes for the delivery. 45 minutes later, another guy called to confirm the address and I explained exactly how to get to my apartment complex - in detail (the guy actually spoke fluent English). An hour and a half later, I called to follow up on the delivery and the girl said the delivery guy doesnt know what my address was but I told her that someone just called me before to confirm the address. She said they dont know what my address was and hung up. I called the other number from where the guy called (the one that confirmed my address) and he said the delivery guy came but didnt know what my address was. I asked how that was possible when I provided detailed information on where I was located and I was outside of my building specifically to wait for the delivery. His response was that he was not the one in charge and that its up to the delivery guy if he wants to come back. So I asked, are they going to redeliver or are they going to just pretend I never ordered and was not even going to call me back to let me know what was going on. Guy on the other line said he doesnt know and that it was me that needs to talk to the driver. WTF?!?!?!? Regardless of how good or cheap the food is, if a business is being run by idiots like these, I would rather stay away. F this place. Two hours of waiting, no food and horrible, non-existent customer service.

this place was ok , if i were you id buy for take out or delivery instead of eating in .. we went to eat there and no one greeted us we just sat ourselves and waited a few minutes for the waitress , when she then came she has absolutely noo people friendly attitude she is just blank and get to chase like "what you want for drinks?" "ready to order" (in spanish of course) and no hello how are you i understand if it was very busy but we were the only ones eating in .. the thing that got to me the most was after we were done eating she never came back like to give is the check or anything so i went up to the register myself and asked her how much it was so she pulled the check out and put it to the side (i saw it said $46) but she said "its $52" ?? she basically tried to tip herself !! see im not mean to waitresses i know they work hard and deserve a tip and ive even given $10 tips before but this lady was not very helpful and ontop of that tipping herself ???? i gave her a $50 and left .. food was great and id definately eat here again maybe for delivery but as for their service it was not good.

If you are looking for a small cheap restaurant serving real Mexican food, this is the best place to go. The sole purpose of its name Crazy Burrito is to tell non-Spanish speakers that the restaurant serves Mexican food. And dont have a high expectation for the decoration or service. It is a simple blue-collar Mexican restaurant. Food is the main focus here. If you are from the west coast and miss those small Mexican food restaurant around the corner, this is the right place to swing by. And dont forget to order a large Horchata along with your food.

Ive eaten here dozens of time over the last 3 or 4 years. I love it. Always friendly service, always outstanding food, and the price is more than fair. A burrito is only $5 and most people probably wont finish it, its a decent size. The parking sucks but the parking in that entire area sucks.

Yummy restaurant! Its a "hole in a wall" place but the food is out of this world! At one point I visited this place 5 times in a row to get the same meal :) lol so worth it. Chips and dips are amazing and its a compliment. Love this place.

Food is good and quite authentic. Place is clean enough and at the same time quite simple and pleasant. Not a fancy place, or a place for a romantic date. More of a fast meal. A bit pricey in my opinion for the type of restaurant.
