Terrible experience!! Ordered custom cake with red frosting, and was delivered pink. Contacting the manager, owner will be just a waste of time with no response. Finally got a very rude response from somebody from this franchise suggesting cake shouldnt have picked up. If Coldstone doesnt understand the relevance of the cake on birthday (or any other events) -> they shouldnt be in cake business. Filed complaint in head quarters - hope they care. I suggest dont order custom cakes else be ready for surprise without any choices. If you pick the ready cakes - they are awesome!!

Extremely disappointed. I shouldve known by the messy store with dirty tables and floors and napkins everywhere looking like the place hasnt been cleaned in days that this would be a bad experience. The birthday cake ice cream tasted like vanilla ice cream and the guy didnt seem to be too good at what he was doing. It was mixed horribly... then my wife, daughter and I all got bad stomach aches and had to stay close to the bathroom. Never eating here again.

Yesterday we drove 10 miles with family expecting a great Cold Stone experience but alas the experience was well below satisfactory. There is one novice in the store. She presented half scoop ice creams to my 3 & 4 year olds totally disappointing them. My shake was only 3/4 full. My husband ordered a create your ice-cream and was told he couldnt have extra bananas. Total experience was ruined. I dont think i will going to this store again

Dont ever go there on a Sunday afternoon. The one employee that was there was completely incompetent (i.e. had no familiarity with what mix-ins were available and told us she could not made a signature flavor despite having all of the ingredients). Your ice cream will be melted by the time you get your change. Next time, well drive the extra 20 minutes to Lawrenceville for decent service.

Would not go there again. The owner is extremely rude and obnoxious. I went there after the Coldstone by me closed down and was completely dissatisfied with everything. I wont be surprised if this store closes down as well.
