Finally, on the 3rd day of my trip, I got my REAL bagel; thank you Bagel Giant! I grew up in New Jersey, but made an unfortunate decision to move away some years ago. Every trip back is like a pilgrimage for real bagels and pizza. I dont know the Princeton area well, so for this trip I was dependant on internet reviews, and tried two other places before Bagel Giant. They just were not what Id been so excited for the whole 10 hour drive to New Jersey: leathery on the outside, fluffy on the inside, full of flavor. Bagel Giant made my day! Their omelet was also much better than the other two places I tried - though not the same quality as the bagels.

This is the best bagel store around. FOr all those reading fatlander is a know competitor. It is sad that people like him use the review system to try to destroy competing businesses. My suggestion to him is to focus on customer service and food quality like the people at bagel giant have. Then he will get more business and not have to use the review system incorrectly. I have contacted the administrator and hopefully they will pull his review. In my opinion bagel giant is that feel good family run small business that has good food and makes you feel like one of the family.

This place used to be my favorite bagel place. I would go there every Saturday. They changed owners and now their food is disgusting and they constantly get the orders wrong. I went several times after they changed owners so it wasnt a fluke. The bagels are hard as rocks and I went early in the morning when it should have been fresh baked. I got a bagel and gave a small piece to my dog who wouldnt eat it. My dog eats cat poop but wont eat a bagel from this place. I am so disappointed, I used to love this place.

I was really trying to give this place a shot as it recently changed ownership. There is no consistency in their bagels, they rarely have all the flavors. The bagels from the prior owner were on point. However it has not translated to the new owner. I had one sandwich there and it was decent but the deli and grill on the other end makes a better one and uses boars head. I will wait to see if there is any progress in the bagels and update my review as needed.

I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, so i consider myself a little bit of a bagel snob. After trying the bagels at Bagel Giant I was hooked. It brought me back to my child hood. The bagels are something to die for and even there bialys brought me back to my youth.

Dont be misled by negative reviews from malcontents this spot is a neighborhood gem. The bagels are consistently good and the staff friendly and courteous. If i had a complaint at all it would be that they dont seed both sides of the bagel if they did, five stars.

I have grown up in this town, lived in New York, north Carolina, and California, and I still think this is one of the better bagel shops. Staff is friendly, bagels are delicious, and home made cream cheese is off the hook (90s phrase for amazing)

BEST BAGELS IN THE WHOLE AREA! ALWAYS FRESH. THEY NEVER SERVE STALE OR OLD BAGELS! FRIENDLY STAFF! COFFEE IS GREAT TOO! MY FRIEND AND I CAN MEET OVER COFFEE AND THEY DONT MIND HOW LONG YOU STAY! THESE BAGELS ARE THE BEST BY FAR!!!

The bagels address good but the environment is unclean. Their cream cheese is on the sloppy/softer side. The jalapeño bagel lacks kick and they use only picked jalapeños in the cream cheese. This makes it vinegary.

The bagels here are very special and delicious. These bagels are crunchy on the outside, but very soft on the inside. The inside is a little outdated, but the service and food is always great!

One of the *Best Breakfast* places in this area. You have to try their Jalapeño Bagel with Garlic/Spinach cheese and sasseme Bagel with "all veggies" egg whites. Too good....
