Honestly, the worst chipotle place I have ever been to. If you compare the amount of food they give in Fort Lee (also Englewood) to here, its half the size of my hand. Fort Lee and Englewood give so much food where itd be spilling out and it takes up more than the bowl. The amount of rice they give in Closter is literally 1/5 of the bowl. When we asked for more rice, they said that we needed to pay $4. They gave us an attitude when we told them that the amount they gave us was small. When we were about to pay, they charged us $2 more. We bought 2 chicken burrito bowl which added up to $15.00. We did the math and gave them the money. But they told us to pay more. We told them that they did their math wrong and that 2 burrito bowls cost up to $15. All in all, the food is amazing but I would never come here again. Id rather go to Fort Lee or Englewood where they wouldnt rip us off and give us a big amount of food.

They put the guacamole in one big pile in the middle of the burrito. Then while closing the wrap it oozed out and made a big mess. Then while eating you wind up getting mouth-fulls of guacamole at the middle of the burrito. For something I pay two extra dollars for, take two seconds and spread it out nice. This is not the only chipotle that does this.

The employee Garret is the best worker Ive ever met. He gave me a generous amount of food, and he was very kind. 10/10 would eat here again. If you ever go here ask for Garret, he is an extremely well mannered, young man, who deserves your business.

Would rate 5 stars because the food is good but the way they treat their staff is disgusting I could hear them yelling at a worker while I was ordering my food. Also witnessed two workers walking out after being reprimanded..totally unpleasant.
