We ordered for deliver; a simple breakfast platter and potatoes with peppers and onions. They took our order down incorrectly and sent over plain potatoes. When we called to let them know they forgot the peppers and onions, they sent someone over a tiny container that held a small amount of peppers and onions. We were completely baffled, we order from them frequently due to the convenience and they always seem to get the order wrong. Update: they called us back and remade the order.

Today all I wanted after working all week n being broke was a decent lunch. Waist of money!!! I ordered a Burger with fries n got a dry burger with soggy ass bread. The bread was so wet n to make matters worse there were no French fries?! Called to let them know n they were rude n basically said I forgot with no offer of money back for my inconvenience. All I wanted was a good lunch n nope. Ive been going here for a bit now n this is not the first time. Im done never again!!!!

Every time we order there is something wrong. Even though it is clearly written correctly on the ticket we receive!! I do not understand how without fail, there is always something wrong with my order. They do make up for it, and their food is AMAZING. Just expect horrible service. (Try the french toast bagel)

This is honestly my favorite place to get bagels. I refuse to get bagels anywhere else and have never been disappointed. The staff are alert and very fast on their feet. They are doing a great job and my food is usually ready in no time at all.

Not impressed and service stinks. bagels are not comparable to local shops like gems or Elis . Very disappointed ! Its a bummer because it is very close. Hopefully they change bagel recipe and listen carefully to their customers food orders

We really like Blish as we call it. Usually the customer service is quite good. I appreciate the planet-friendly paper plates (rather than Styrofoam) and that they bring your order to you to eat in a comfortable dine-in area.

Did not taste like a bagel. It tasted like a roll that was a day old. Very thick the topping was good but if I wanted a roll I would buy a roll. Ive had better ones from a grocery store..
