Really enjoyed this place for a while and lately every single time I order food, they ruin my order. Poor customer appreciation and service, rock hard bread, always changing the total pricing whenever I order. One day $14.35, next order $15.85, next order $16.05. I always order the same 3 items and lately they continously mess up what is a very, very simple order. Today I tried it one last time and again my order was messed up. I will no longer be giving this location my business.

The customer service and hospitality here is non-existent. The pizza is OK. The slices always looks like theyve been sitting out for days. Theres a "dining" room in the back of the place, that I am sure, never gets used. Theres a dozen better pizza places nearby, but If you want cheap food at cheap prices, then come here.

I work in NYC. I know Pizza. This Pizza is surprisingly good. Ive been here many times and all I get is a grumpy cashier. They seem miserable, but their Pizza is good so who cares. Even better Mon and Tuesday its $8 pies. Great deal and a hidden gem. Crust and cheese is chewy sauce not too sweet.

The service is terrible and the people here are incredibly rude. The only time I get anything from here is on Mondays and Tuesdays, when they have the large pie special.
