This place is great! My parents took me to Lake Placid for my birthday to do all the Olympic stuff, and we started our day off having brunch at The Farmhouse Cafe after I saw a sign out front saying they had peach and candied pecan french toast. I ordered the aforementioned french toast, and it was delicious, it had never occurred to me before to put peaches and pecans with french toast, but Im glad they did, because it was really good. I was also very happy that the juice I ordered had no ice without my even having to ask (I always forget to ask for no ice, and its annoying when places load up with ice so you have barely any juice and it gets all watered down). My parents both ordered the turkey club and enjoyed it. I had some of their french fries, and those were tasty. The food came out quickly (which was good as we had a reservation at the bobsled track to get to). The staff was really nice, and we had a very pleasant start to our day. Im glad I chose to eat there.

This a great cafe in Lake Placid, NY. We had a delicious breakfast that was hot and tasty! They served one of the best omelets Ive ever eaten! There is an extensive breakfast menu with many options. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive, and the coffee was also hot and tasty. If youre looking for a great place for breakfast, head for the Farmhouse Cafe!

I work for a car dealership and had to deliver a car to lake placid. Farmhouse cafe was recommended to me for a place to eat. Service was fast and friendly and my meal was absolutely amazing. I forgot the name of the sandwich but it had roastbeef and a chipotle mayo. Amazing!!!! If your ever in lake placid thats the place to eat. Affordable and delicious food.

We were recently in the area for a wedding and went to the farmhouse cafe based upon Google reviews. It did not disappoint. Lunch was so good we went back for breakfast. The Reuben was one of the best we have had and our family thoroughly enjoyed the pancakes and French toast.

Excellent breakfast stop. We went here twice during our week long visit. Was able to try a variety of foods, including the Lake Placid omelette, the Barkeater French toast, and the pumpkin flapjack. All were delicious! Service was good too.

Had the pork lion sandwich with sweet potato fries, which was amazing. You have to have the sweet potato fries. It was a little busy when were here and the staff seem a bit overwhelm. Overall, good food decent service 4 stars

Food good service non-existant. Waitress glued to mobile device could not be bothered even to look at customers. Food got cold while she ignored cooks call that meal was ready. Wait for seasons to change before coffee arrived.

The Farmhouse Cafe is absolutely wonderful restaurant and I highly recommend a visit! The Monte Cristo and Vermont Cheddar Grilled Cheese are fantastic! Service is great too! 5 Stars!

Great omelets, can choose whatever you want for reasonable price, even add fruit cups. Kids like it too, the blueberry pancakes especially. Highly recommend for breakfast /brunch.
