I used to order here all the time but the lady that answers will hang up on you for any reason. If you gotta get your card out, check your address, shes going to hang up. Once tried to call to get general chicken delivered and forgot there was a 10 dollar limit and instead of her telling me that so I could just add something else to the order she hung up and I didnt know what was wrong until I called back and she yelled at me. Seriously dont give then your money. They are bitter and who knows what they do to your food. There are way too many chinese food places to deal have to deal with ignorant people

It was just okay. Had food delivered twice, office and hotel. The food was okay but the lady taking phone orders should not be allowed anywhere near the phone. She is hard to understand and cant even take a good phone order (how hard is that?!). She forgot to take my name and payment info on the office order. I had to call her back. The order was large and they forgot one of the meals. I had to remind her of the same thing when I ordered from hotel. She kept hanging up before having all the info (location, etc) and had to call back. The hotel order arrived ok despite her.

TERRIBLE!!! I ordered our food, BBQ ribs and a combo platter for my family at 5:54, the girl said 10-15min. My husband went to pick it up at at 6:20, it still wasnt ready. Told him they gave his order to the customer ahead of him. He said he wanted a refund, they said no, you can have your general tsos now, he said I didnt pay $22 for general tsos, he said fine, I want some kind of credit, they still said no. ARE YOU KIDDING? 50min later he got the food!!! Terrible service for not so great food!!!!!!

I like the Chinese takeout places in this area that also offer dine-in facilities. This is the third one of its kind that Ive tried and none of them have disappointed yet. Service is pretty good here and they keep the dining area and restroom reasonably clean, even though part of the restroom was used for storage of old furniture. The food was a cut above typical Chinese takeouts, yet still inexpensive. Definitely would return to this place next time Im in the area.

Order on line, an hour later called to see if our order was on its way was told yes. Called back 15mins later told it was on its way. Called back 10 mins later didnt ask who I was just said on its way. Called back 5 mins later, told me no one ordered for our address, which is 300 feet from the store. Owner yelled at me, never again.

HORRIBLE service! I work for a corporate company and we have ordered from them several times. The woman has a horrible attitude even CURESED when asked the price of individuals orders. Its family owned and they all have an ATTITUDE! Will NEVER do business there again. Food is MEH as well. Better Duck Sauce ELSEWHERE.

Rude. Incredibly rude. There was a mix up/confusion that was kind of my fault and I called to apologize and woman I spoke to was awful. Food is on the way so well see how it is but I know Ill never order from there again. Do yourself a favor and order from King Wong.

The food is as good as what you get in Chinatown in Philadelphia. Nice family run restaurant. Owners kids there always busy doing homework. Oldest daughter takes orders and is very entertaining. Nice high school kid. Awesome place for takeout Chinese food.

Over the past year i have tried all of the chinese food places in the Cherry Hill area. This place has the best take out (not a sit down place, but most arent designed for that). Good sauces, fresh veggies, all whitemeat chicken. Also the best priced.

This is our go to restaurant for Chinese food. We order at least twice a month. Great food. Never a complaint about the food. We always pick up as delivery can take a while when it gets busy.
