Not quite what I was expecting for "authentic" Chinese food. I had a party of 8 family members with me, three are vacationing from Shenzhen, China and miss food from home. The food was okay, the service left something to be desired. They brought the food out two and three plates at a time with a wait between each person being served. That left the first people served with cold food before everyone was served. It may be that they arent used to serving that many people at once. As someone else said, its clean but the food is just okay but plentiful. The Chinese branch of my family was let down by the claim of authenticity.

The restaurant is located in a small shopping mall. The place is small / stuffy. The staff was relatively nice & catered to our needs. We went during busy hours so there was a bit of a wait for our food, however the food was excellent! Fresh vegetables and steamy chicken. I would recommend. Only con was the seats were way too cramped & lack of space.

In my opinion this is the best Chinese food I have ever had. I normally get take out but the few times I have eaten there the service has been great. General Tso is by far the best I have ever had but I have tried alot of their meal and not once has it been dissapointment. I LOVE ISLAND SHORE CHINESE!!!

What ill say.. its the best the area has to offer. Restaurant is clean... there is a lot of yelling in the kitchen..... you can hear a lady berate people on a non busy night.. the cashier just shrugs it off and said... its normal..

The place was awful. Food and service was horrible. The waitress had the audacity to ask for a tip, when we didnt get served anything but water. We called in and ended up dining there anyway. Never going back.

I enjoy their menu and especially their lunch menu the most. You get to choose what rice you want, with chicken lo mein and a choice of soup. Wonton soup is the best.

We usually get take-out and enjoy the food whenever we are at the shore. Their General Tso is all white meat and not alot of bread and grizzle. Never had a bad meal.
