Place was lively and busy, yet my wife and I were sat as soon as we arrived. Great variety of pub foods, the calamari was delicious. I ordered the Cuban Torta, which I highly recommend if you enjoy pork. There was an outdoor part of the pub that had live entertainment as well. Overall service was great, food was delicious and hot and the drink specials were extremely reasonable. 4.7 out of 5!

The food is good and the service is great, and it was amazing when it first opened. They charged my husband on refills for his coke. Really? He spent $5 on a soda. Its not that I cant afford it, its just they nickle and dime ya. The food isnt cheap so I would expect refills on soda. And the food is inconsistent. I think Ill go to Cape May proper for food.

One of our new favorite places to eat in Cape May. Good prices, great food. Meat for the burgers was excellent. We came back another day for pizzas which were also great. Highly recommended. Be prepared to wait though. Came a little before 5pm and had to wait almost an hour (party of 5 plus infant). But it was still worth it.

Ambiance leaves something to be desired but the service was good, the beers on tap were decent and clean. The entree I had, which was crab cakes and Mac n cheese, was great. Best crab cakes Ive ever had and although the Mac n cheese had too much butter, it was still good. Came to about $35 for the entree and two Stellas plus tip.

The food is absolutely great! Ive had their Flat Iron steak atleast 4 times, cooked perfect each time the way I asked for it, their burgers are fantastic! Seafood is the same! Fantastic! The service is as good as it gets! Ive enjoyed my experience and food everytime! Weither Im taking out or eating in!

Parma pizza was weird, all prosciutto & argula lumped in the middle & crust undercooked on both our pies. Prosciutto wasnt even cooked/heated. Have had much better Parma pizza elsewhere. Was hopeful that it would have been the best.

From a review like this one to a seat in the house, we enjoyed our experience and food. Matt is an exceptional server and very prompt and attentive. Recommend the burgers, mussels, and crab tacos! Cape may brewing beer on draft!

Always a great experience. The food is always awesome. Chicken Forgan zola Pizza is my absolute favorite! Nothing else like it. Bartenders and servers are always on point. Place was packed and I still got my takeout quick!

Excellent food and fastest service ever. Could use this at lunch hour! but definitely rushed for dinner. Dont come to spend some time or listen to music as we had apps drinks food and check all delivered at once!

Seems to be more of a restaurant than a pub. Stopped in for a drink with friends on a busy Saturday night and it was just OK. Food looked really good, but it wasnt really a welcoming environment for non-locals.

Nice spot for our mid afternoon meal without a crowd after our sons USCG basic training graduation. Basic American food tasted good and service was good. We drove by later and noticed a very full parking lot.

5 West Pub is one of the best restaurants in the Cape May Area. The food is excellent. Ive never had a bad meal. And the servers are very pleasant & accommodating. Love their Cosmos. Plus its open all year.

Crab meat on nachos, damn that was good. I had a 23 ounce Blu Moon beer to chase it down. Jackie had the crab tacos with old bay fries. I had the Cuban torta, pork, avocado, bacon, cheese. Yummy!!!

The service was painfully slow. Tables that were seated 15-20 minutes after is got their food first. The food was good, but 75 minutes for sandwiches and fries is ridiculous.
