Our server said it was her second day. She did not have an experienced server shadowing her. We arrived at 6:30 and she was prompt with our drinks and salad, but we did not get our dinners until almost 8:30. Eli intervened at that time and expedited getting our food. He and our server were very apologetic. Eli sat down with us after dinner and gave us complementary shots. I never did get my soup to go as I had requested. Food was delicious, but overall not our best experience. Was disappointed that the owner never came to our table to apologize for our inconvenience. We have been m any times and this was the first time we were disappointed with our service. We will be back, but hopefully this does not happen again.

Went there for take out pizza. Server said toppings were 1.00 a piece extra. I ordered 3 toppings. When i went to pay they charged me a lot mite. I explained that the server told me different ent that is y i ordered 3. They told me to talk to the manager. I waited 15 minutes for the manager in an empty place. Finally i walked out. She ran after me. Said the peices were on the meny but i didnt look at the mwnu. I told her i didnt want it.and since she was biligerant i wasnt returning. She said giid. Havent been there since

Wow! Tuscany in the boondocks! Anyone venturing to the shore should take the back way and eat here. There are really 2 separate restaurants. For formal, elegant, business dining chose the newly built Florence style restaurant and for good old jeans eating choose the pizzeria behind the rrststsnt and largely hidden from view. Food, service, entertainment, prices are A+! Safe area, lots parking and always a family atmosphere. No one in the Vineland area can compete with Mr Gino. Cant say enough good things!

Had a rare date night for the wife and myself while our kids had a sleepover so we wanted Italian. We had been here before but a long time ago for lunch so we figured we try it for dinner. Absolutely perfect from start to finish. Appetizer clams casino were great...wife ordered the lobster ravioli which was AMAZING and I got the octopus risotto which was excellent. Will be back again soon

We started going here 2 months ago and have had great service every time. Everyone was very friendly in the restaurant which is very clean, open and airy. The Lasagna was great and the pizza was good too. The bar and pizza parlor is separate from the restaurant and in the back stocked with good craft beers and a friendly bar tender. Hope to see you there :-)

What was once an adorable outdoor eating area in the back has been turned into a garage/cafeteria eating experience. The drinks were horrible, the food, with the exception of the meatballs, was also fair. No one had the sense to tell the band to turn it down and stop the feedback. I wouldnt go back.

The wait was horrendous to receive our meal! We were there 47 minutes after ordering our main course before we received our salads. We had four children with us so imagine how that goes. The waitress tried her best to keep us happy. We ordered dessert and had to wait another 22 minutes!!

Went with a couple friends, the rolls were hot and fresh, the drinks were mixed great, and the food was delicious and properly cooked. The waiter was always around asking us if we were okay or if we needed anything else. Overall excellent place.

I dont see what all the fuss is about. The food is very average. The ambience is what makes the place, but the selection for vegetarians in minimal, and what dishes they do have, are usually swimming in some unsavory, tomato-based sauce.

Excellent place worth the drive to get here. They run great specials during the week Monday two for 29$ includes choice of pasta, bottle of house wine, salad, bread. Staff was great and the food was definitely worth the price.
