Ive been going to this place for years (Now Ive moved out of the area), and this past weekends experience wasnt on par with my previous visits. The last time Ive been here must have been close to 6+ Months ago. The Servers were nice and easy to talk to. They were prompt with refilling water. The Sashimi we ordered (Specifically Salmon and White Tuna) used to be so much more fresh. It was the only reason why I drive all the way out from Philly to eat here. Ive been to a lot of sushi places and they used to have the best Sashimi around. However, this past weekend, the quality of the Sashimi was just like any other sushi place. I would give an extra star if the quality was consistent but it was not. With every order we put in the quality of the Sashimi went down and by the end of our 4th order in (we had over 7 people in the group) the quality was bad enough that I was questioning if I should be eating the white tuna. The last order of white tuna had a pink dye near the center and Ive never had White tuna with that color before so I was very weary of the fact. After couple of exchanges with the restaurant staff, I was told I dont have to eat the Sashimi (They initially were going to charge us). I stayed cool and talked it out with them explaining my experience with eating white tuna and they understand my concern. So all in all? I want to believe they still serve the quality Sashimi that I once had but for now I am not craving for their food for the time being.

I think the food here is really good. Kitchen food and sushi are excellent compared to other places around here. My biggest complaint was what happened awhile ago. My family and I (4 people total) ordered food from the kitchen and sushi as well. We ordered a lot of food from the kitchen, but we managed to finish it all. Then, when we got our sushi order, it was incomplete; we had ordered more sushi than what we received. Mind you, I thought it would take awhile to prepare the remainder, so we gave them the benefit of the doubt by waiting patiently. 20 minutes later, we asked where this remainder was, and the server said our order sheet was lost, so we had to re-order. This has happened not only during this incident, but in a previous incident as well. I feel like the true reason why we didnt receive the sushi order in its entirety was because the owners were scared we would be unable to finish it, thus the sushi becomes a waste. However, we do take leftovers home and pay for them. Its not like were wasting the food. On the other hand, Ive witnessed other customers who order so much sushi and are unable to finish it, yet they REFUSE to pay for leftovers. Were not like them. So yeah apart from those incidents, the food here is pretty legit.

My girlfriend used to work near this place and her co-workers would talk about. How great is was but Im not sure theyve had great sushi/service before. The place is not very relaxing at all with the wooden bench booths and tables. The staff are more than likely those AI robots being worked on overseas since they do their job but have zero personality. Three tvs and all have the same infomercials which was kinda hypnotic but annoying. Their was a regular menu and a buffet option that you had to inform before being seated for some reason even though it was one of those check the items from the list and we will bring it to your table kind of buffets. The up side was lots of specialty sushi rolls and the dragon roll was quite good but everything else was nothing special. My girlfriends roll was so poorly put together she had to use her hands instead of chopstix so she was non too happy. Weekend buffet was $23.95 and I def would not go back for that price..maybe for $15 or so. Bottom line is lots of buffet items to choose from but the automaton service and uncomfortable atmosphere isnt worth another visit.

I was like 17 years old when I first came here. Great and friendly. 2 years later eh lets try this again. I went in with seemingly nice waiters. I sat down and order some sushi and sashimi. I waited 10 minutes, then the waitress came in with a lot of food and 90% was sushi and that wasnt the things i ordered. So ok must be a mistake. So I ate the food and omg they LOADED the rice. It was 95% rice and a very small piece of fish on it. Its like a handful of rice with a 2cm fish, yes centimeters. It was depressing. Even other buffets had less rice than here. I asked them they got my order wrong, no sashimi was added and there is way to much rice on it. The waitress shrugged and walked away smiling. That was just rude. So I asked another waitress about my problem. She said. I give you more food, I give you more water, you pay only, goodbye. Wait? Huh? I... ugh.... OK that just made me mad. Not only you ignored your customer, you just ruined your reputation as a waitress. So I got the wrong food, waitress was just rude, I highly recommend everyone not to go here.

I dont see how anyone can complain about the price. Anywhere else you would pay 22 dollars just for a regular meal or just a couple trays of sushi. $22 dollars for ayce sushi plus hot foods and soups and appetizers. The price is great. The food is delicious. I have been here many times with my daughter since they opened. Its our favorite place. The only complaint I have is with the service. The servers have been horrible on several occasions. They dont smile. Weve been ignored on several occasions. They talk about you right in front of you laughing and joking. Theyve made me feel like crap on more then a few times. Nothing has changed because they keep the same people. Ive spoke to a manager before and nothing has been done to fix it. They could offer you a free time here or something to make up for the experience but thats never done. I will come back but some severe server things need changes and adjustments. They never make the experience pleasant or do anything to change it. I also forgot to say Im eating here right now as I speak. Im sorry

It took 55 mins to get seating, yes I timed it on my phone. Started a conversation with people in line to start drinking in line before getting seated because it was ridiculously crowded on a Saturday. The front desk woman gave us a card with a number on it. (Im sure the owner could upgrade for something that buzzes when it is ready to be seated instead of yelling out a number). There was no instructions on how to order our meal with the paper sheet. The food came out really quickly which was nice. Ordered 6 tuna sushi pieces in our order, 4 of them were of the lowest quality tuna. Personally it tasted like a grocery store tuna sushi orders. The rolls were the heart of the platter. Either there was too much of one ingredient to compensate for another ingredient. It is a good place to taste test a lot of sushi at a reasonable price. Stay away from the tuna though, the quality was just too poor. It had a lot of main veins when it should not have any. I would come back with a bigger crowd.
