I am sure that the dine-in experience is very different from the delivery service, but from this delivery stand point there are a variety of inconsistencies in the food that I get weekly. I love the food that they bring me, but there is something going on in the kitchen that there I order a “Mandarin Chicken Salad” (which is by the way very delicious, especially with the vinaigrette that they make on the side), except for this week, it did not come with the little baby mandarin orange slices, but last week it did? I am a very solid delivery customer and I can say that I order religiously. As being very consistent buyers for their food on a weekly basis, I thought I would be considered some type of somewhat a prioritized, in a way, customer because of the frequency of times I order from them, in order to keep my business. When in reality they still have my business because there are not many places that deliver around this area to my location, this is the strength in their market that they got working for the people here located in this office. But if the only alternative was not just Chinese food, then this Bagel shop would be eliminated from my prioritized places to order. Food is great, but I’d appreciate that your delivery boy would not return to me because he forgot the jalapeño poppers a few 40 minutes later. One, solid, organized, trip is good enough. Love y’all though, great food, I just want my order solidly collected before you push it out the door. Love the service too, everyones really nice and theyre always willing to make substitutions and changes to orders for your liking, thank you for that. My experiences here since the office began ordering -- years ago -- were much better than the services now.

I went with my fiance and he gets Taylor ham egg n cheese the usual NJ sandwich right he loves it from here, says they our the most meat in the sandwich and it tastes amazing. I got just a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese because by ten oclock they were out of everything bagels. Kind of wish they would have been still making then that early so thats why I have it 4 out of 5 because they didnt have the bagel I wanted and it wasnt even late in the day yet but other then that was a great tasting bagel and sandwich and out of the bagel stores in the area I think this is the best def better the ledgewood or Budd lake ones.

I have been doing business with Mt Olive Bagels since they opened. My favorite sandwich is whitefish on a sesame bagel. They have been consistently putting less whitefish on my sandwiches. Until today when I got a teaspoon of whitefish salad...for $6.75! Andi since it was a delivered sandwich, and I didnt have time to wait for a replacement, I had to eat it. There is no way that this wasnt intentional. I will make sure that the hundreds of dollars of business that comes from our business every week goes elsewhere.

Very disappointed, this is my last experience, I already have found a place that is trust worthy and actually honest with their interactions with customers specially ones that been going there for a long time. If you are reading this if a customer do yourself a favor find another place and build a good relation starting now, If owners I am sorry but this is worst experience and my heart is with all your customers that are disappointed as I am. We really like the quality and flavor of everything we have enjoyed here. The bagels are shaped well and taste better than the other places we have tried in the area. I especially like that I can get a cheeseburger and fries that is better quality and lower cost than any fast food place around.

The most important thing to me is how fresh the bagels are. Most places have fresh bagels at 7in the morning, but by 9 not so much especially, if get something that isnt a plain bagel. This place has yet to disappoint me.
