Okay, so let me tell you about two people here. Telo and Alicia. They were absolutely amazing. Myself and two friends came in on a trip to the beach for dinner and Alicia noticed there were no hosts, so she sat and served us. She responded phenomenally to our humor and began to have small conversations with us and make jokes and being super, super nice all around. Now enter Telo. Doing much of the same as Alicia, she came over and had small conversations and was incredibly fun, nice and funny. The both of them were astounding and did not only their jobs, but far beyond that, making our experience so much more than Wings. Beer. Sports. The best Buffalo Wilds Wings service weve ever had. Wow! Comment: The bartender, Marissa, was second to none to service and friendliness. Her beautiful smile made my visit even more enjoyable! Thank you! Wow! Comment: Kyle made my visit great. He was very personable and engaging. I was on a long drive home and just needed a bite to eat but the service was excellent and I will definitely try to make that stop again next time. Wow! Comment: Nicole was very nice and experienced in her job. She acted like family not just , oh it a job, and I liked that alot!!!! Wow! Comment: Luana was a very helpful and friendly rep. She was personable and made sure the order was correct. Additionally there was another young woman that shared the same excellent customer service as Luana and helped complete our order. We have visited another location in New Castle Delaware and the Rehoboth Beach location was far and way better customer service and much better quality food. Wow! Comment: Morgan was very friendly. We have visited many times and most of the associates seem pleasant. Comment: Jessika was our waitress and apparently she just got done with training. She was amazing. She was very prompt in her services and she was extremely polite. Jessika is what every waitress should aspire to be!

We always go for the discount boneless wings. I was a little upset they moved it to Tuesday, but Ill live. The wings are always good. My husband and I go often. We get (15) Honey BBQ, (15) Sweet BBQ and (15) of a new kind to try. Hubby gets a beer and I get a soda. Never costs us more than $35. The managers always come around and ask us if were okay and if we need anything (we never do, were always well taken care of). TREVOR (Im almost positive this is his name) is the best waiter. Weve had him multiple times. Always kind and smiling. Very real! Such a sweetheart! Love this place and will continue to go back.

No Subject
Disappointed in the lack of attention to detail. 2nd time that I have ordered pulled pork and asked for the sweet BBQ sauce on the side --- and NOT on the pulled pork. Once again, the sandwich is smothered with the sauce, and I dont trust the kitchen to remake a order that was done wrong. Will NOT go to this Buffalo Wild Wings again. Receipt clearly showed what I ordered --- but the kitchen does NOT pay attention. The restaurant was NOT busy whatsoever --- so this should not be an excuse. Will certainly pass this information on to friends and family!

Well it started off with no one waiting on us to give us a seat (there were only 2 other tables in the restaurant at the time).Then after waiting for a few minutes to get a seat we finally got a waitress. Our waitress was never around and when we asked for refills she didnt give us one. Then when we finally asked for a check she decided to give us our drinks after she gave us our check. So we ended up having to pay for two more drinks we didnt even want at that point. Our service was horrible, and so was the food.

First of all, our silverware looked like it was licked by a Saint Bernard. Our table looked like a 3 year old cleaned it with his bare hand. We ordered wings as our appetizer. I was happily gnawing on my second wing, and here comes our entrée of burger and fries! When I was finally ready for my burger and fries, my fries were cold and so was my burger! On a lighter note, we love the Glen Mills location. I guess it really is slower, lower Delaware!

Great selection of sauces for boneless or regular wings. Nice selection of drafts as well, larger size beer available as well. I had an order go wrong once, got a free beer and they made it right with no BS. Tons of TVs, every game is on, and also other food options like salads and burgers make a more extensive menu than you would think.

Very disappointed with this establishment in Rehobeth Beach De. After a long day of work stopped in on my way back from Ocean City. Was greeted at the door. Went in and sat at a table near the bar. I sat there for 10 minutes may be a little less but I was amazed how not one person even acknowledged I was even there. Wow !!!!!!!

Food was decent. Service was terrible!!!! We waited for over an hour for our food and it wasnt until we asked about the food did our waiter even check on it! Asked for a to go box and waited and waited! Finally asked the hostess to get us one and she couldnt be bothered to help me!! Probably will never go back!!

Im a buffalo wild wing fan but Ill not visit this one again. Our service was really bad. It took over 45 minutes for wings n a burger. And it was not hot when we finally received it and having to ask for it. And since when do they not give you sauce for your wings & than charge you when you ask for it!?

Had the best experience here! The honey barbeque wings are fantastic and the beer selection is unbeatable! It took a while for our food to come out but it was well worth it. Our server was so nice to my wife and I. Even the manager came to see how everything was going. So glad I stopped by!

Wait staff dissaspears food was good. Management walking around looking bored, but doing nothing and wait staff either on or off the clock are just sitting where customers can see them just laughing and carrying on. Wait staff was unsafely caring glasses out of the kitchen to restock.

The food is delicious and very well seasoned. Also the strawberry long island ice tea is to die for. This drink is not on the menu so Ask for Taylor if you come the Rehoboth location and shell ask the bartender to make it for you. Taylor is cool, shes the "Sauce Boss".

Waitress was attentive but did not get our order straight. When there is a choice the waitress should not assume which choice we wanted. To be fair, they made it again and comped the incorrect item. Despite the error, we will be back.

Terrible service and very slow. Restaurant was empty. Waited close to an hour for frenchfries. Waitress advised the kitchen kept giving our fries away. When we finally got them they were half full. Wouldnt recommend this location

I only went to pick up an order online. The young woman in the back did her best but the system want cooperating. I was unhappy with the service but the people were very very nice so I didnt want to rate them too nasty.
