Liked this place up until tonight. My husband ordered pick up over the phone and asked for sauteed broccoli... 3 times because the guy couldnt understand him. We pick up our food get it home only to realize they gave us broccoli rabe... we then called to see if the situation could be remedied and at no time did they say they would come deliver us what we actually ordered. Instead I had to go BACK out, leaving my other food to get cold, and when I got there he had the regular broccoli, and I asked for my money back since I was inconvenienced and had to come back out to get it. The OWNER told me no and was yelling at me that if he gives me the food I dont get my money back... That would have been fine if THEY HAD DELIVERED IT TO ME, but since, after a long 12 hour day at work, I had to go back out to fix THEIR mistake I thought some beautiful customer service would have been at work. He finally said he would give me my money back if I gave him back the broccoli rabe, so I said, "You want it? Its in my car?" So I brought it back, after I heard him and his workers laugh at me as I left the store to go and get it, and when I brought it back in he refused to give my money back. Worst customer service I have ever seen! Do not eat here the owner doesnt support his loyal customers nor do they own up to their mistakes. I see from someone below my post that I am not the only one who has experienced the arrogance of the owner.

Been a loyal customer ordering a minimum of twice a week for a year. I forgave late deliveries and even a minor mistake or poor meal as life happens. But today I ordered a cheese steak sandwich with xtra american cheese, mushrooms and mayo via their online ordering system. I got a pizza cheese steak with sauce, mozzarella, mushrooms and mayo. When I called to speak with them about it they got indignant and had no intentions of fixing the problem. This is the first time I have ever called to complain. I would never have ordered this, I cant stand pizza cheese steaks and really...with mayo?!? I threw the sandwhich out and am throwing their number out. Shame on them for not fixing this, regardless of how often I order. It would have been the right thing to do. 20 dollars including tip down the drain.

Im still sitting here eating, and couldnt even wait to write this review. The owner is super beautifully nice and accommodating, the pizza was BANGING. Holy F I am a born and raised jersey girl. Ive had pizza from nj, ny, Chicago, Cali, all over the us, and this might be the finest

Good lunch place. Lots of different kinds of slices available daily. Pretty quick turn around on sandwiches and wings. daily specials and combos are available. Can get busy at times. Eat-in or take-out

This place sucks. I live two blocks from the place and took over an hour to get a pizza and a salad. Furthermore the Damn driver got lost. Who get lost two blocks away? Sad service get it together.

I buy pizza and lunch specials from here a lot , never had a bad meal. Fair prices for the food you get and super fast delivery ,especially considering the traffic on RT9 in Lakewood.

Good Pizza, quick delivery (after 9pm). Sausage pizza was good. Price for pie (with one topping) was like 13 and change. Not sure if there was a delivery fee or not.
