Terrible the manager on duty named Dawn at the time of my purchase was very rude and inconsiderate. She kept saying mean things to me and rolling her eyes at me. Very terrible customer service. She did a return on my tacos and handed a worker named trinity my change and said nothing to her so the girl was holding money and was confused asking the manager( Dawn) what she was supposed to do with the money.

Food was typical TB, but restaurant location and clients leave a lot to be desired....right smack in the middle of the hood....drug deals,hookers and an actual security guard in the restaurant!!! And it was needed!!! Indigestion set in before the meal was even done....

Security on-site was a pretty cool fellow. Granted, they NEED security, as well as to fire everyone behind the counter who cant be bothered to do their job. Worst time Ive ever had, even at fast food levels it was neither fast nor good.

This is a Taco Bell and a KFC in one. They get a lot of customers throughout the day so they work quickly to get through orders. Make sure you line up properly!
