Mogo is the highest-rated Asbury Park "restaurant" on Yelp, & with good reason - because its amazing. I DIE for the bulgogi (BBQ beef) tacos, served on a flour tortilla & loaded high with Asian pico. I add copious amounts of kimchi to it, too, to give it some extra flavor. If youre a fan of spicy food, beware: Mogo is delicious, but nothing on their menu is truly spicy. Dont expect too much in that vein - but be satisfied with the other amazing flavors they put out. If youre a Korean-food purist, also beware: Mogo is delicious, but as far as I can tell, nothing on their menu is truly Korean. Korean-inspired, yes, but authentic? Nah. This is beach food. Dont expect too much in that vein - but be satisfied with the amazing flavor they do put out. If youre a cheapskate, ALSO beware: Mogo is delicious, but their generously sized beach tacos are a whopping $4. (Please note sarcasm). Dont expect a Chipotle-sized burrito or Taco Bell prices, but be satisfied that youre eating something so freaking outstanding for less than a Lincoln. If you think you can overlook this three grievous offenses, youre gonna like Mogo. Take a seat on a nearby bench overlooking the Atlantic, & enjoy!

9/4/16 ordered a Chicken Taco at around 11:30pm, total came out to $4.00... Handed the girl a $5.00 and she walked away.. I said, " I handed you a $5.00" she looks and me and goes, " oh you did?" All shocked. Hard to mix up 4 bills and not one single one.. She handed me the $1.00 change and I stupidly tipped her anyway. Im very upset that shes trying to take advantage of intoxicated people. Food was great. But its people like that who hurt the business. I feel sorry for the owner. Because of this I will not return..

Not only do they have an awesome variety of tacos to choose from - fish, shrimp, chicken, pork, beef - they have fried chicken, fried rice, and a kimchi bar. A kimchi bar? I think I died and went to heaven. These tacos were AWESOME. I had a fish taco, shrimp taco, and a side of kimchi fried rice and was WAY stuffed. Their proteins are fresh, their toppings are well-chosen, and their flavors are well-balanced. Super filling, super delicious. I wish there were MOGO tacos everywhere!

After reading all the great reviews, I couldnt wait to get to the Asbury Boardwalk to try the tacos that everyone was raving about. I was definitely not disappointed. Between the three of us we tried all their different tacos (except the shrimp they ran out after we order so we had to change our order a bit).Each taco has its own unique fresh topping that was absolutely incredible. Without a doubt we will be back quite a bit this summer for more of their tasty food.

It was meh. Ive had better korean bbq and there wasnt anything special about the ones in their tacos. Its just mediocre korean bbq in a tortilla with taco toppings. Almost lazy.
