Ordered for soft tacos got nothing but hard so waited in line for ten mins just to get my order corrected and when I got my order is was wrong AGAIN I asked for absolutely no tomatoes and still got them I even said I CAN NOT have tomatoes and every taco I got had tomatoes so I spent 13 dollars for a lunch I cant eat cause the tomatoes and juice was all over my food will choose a diffrent Taco Bell befor I ever go back to this one but I know everyone is human but I cant have tomatoes and I specifically said zero tomatoes after a total of 30 mins of waiting on my 45 min lunch hope no one else has to go through my exsperiance

Ive been to this Taco Bell twice on my way to Vermont. Both times I had a pleasant experience. The first time I went thought the drive thru, and had a great conversation with the employee about my car. He had been looking for cars, and asked me how I liked mine. My second experience, I went inside, and encountered the same employee. This time he asked me how I liked my credit card so far. Im thrilled that this Taco Bell has such nice customer service towards their patrons.

This is a horrible place. Dirty, floors are sticky, service was absolutely horrible. 2 yr Olds could give better and faster customer service. We waited over a half hr for our food. They were out of alot of food on the menu. Clearly their staff doesnt want to work. 2 of us ended up sick. Salads had wilted lettuce, soda dispenser was broken. No ice. This place needs not only new management but also new staff.

The food was great, but the service was bad. Joey, our drive-thru attendant appeared to be high. He was incredibly slow, dazed, and literally paced around for four minutes before handing us our food, which was just sitting there the whole time. If you see Joey, offer him some coffee or some sound advice.

Unbelievably slow and disorganized to the point where the 2 people in front of me, who waited almost a half hour each for their food, were saying that they thought it was going to be one of those reality shows where someone jumps out and says the joke is on them. Wow.

Taco Bell and KFC are always tasty, but when its served poorly and slowly nothing is good. From where I sit I see two things: A customer whos been waiting for 20 mins for her order (its not busy) and a giant gaping dirty hole in the booth seating.

Absolutely the dirtiest KFC I have ever visited. Service deathfully slow and order not right. Caution comming into driveway. Pavement is awful and large deep potholes. Obviously management does not care about condition of this facility.

KFC totally skimps now and have sliced their chicken tenders in 3rds and are terribly flat and worthless. The colonel would roll over in his grave. They definately are NOT doing chicken right!

Tacos tacos who doesnt like tacos. Also they get most the order wrong. At its best Id give them a 3 star. Some are nice and others give you that look and in return I Mad Dogg them twice as bad.

Wonderful experience. I stopped here on my drive from burlington to boston and was welcomed in by a very friendly staff. I felt very valued and it was a very refreshing break from traveling.
