Me and my boyfriend were really craving their delicious fried chicken, went in ordered our food and there was a man being extremely inappropriate to the staff, demanding one of the employees to go outside to settle the argument. Surprisingly the cook kept his cool and the guy ended up walking out and the management went outside to notify the police of his behavior. I really appreciated the attitude of the staff. That man could have really done something stupid if the staff didnt pull the right moves. They gave us extra food and even apologized. I appreciate the staff there on Veterans Day that kept there cool thats not that easy to find in the restaurant business. The food was hot delicious and satisfying. Thanks Popeyes for caring about everyone in the restaurant today.

The service was horrible. They ran out of chicken and we had to wait in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes. Then the chicken wasnt cooked, so we brought it back. I asked for my money back and was given a hard time about it, which they wouldnt do. They gave me a full order of chicken instead of the 3 piece tenders that I ordered instead. Guess what, that wasnt cooked either. They said it takes 4 minutes to cook the chicken, but online it states 6 minutes. My daughter got sick from eating just a small amount if it. I will NEVER go to this Popeyes ever again.

Ordered the Magnolia blossom chicken COMBO picture shows a five pedal blossom chicken with an orange dipping sauce and a golden brown buttery biscuit and good prion of fries .....!!! I received a mangled piece of chicken half the fries and NO I said NO golden biscuit and orange dipping sauce was three miles away from the Popeyes on park Ave in Worcester Massachusetts or I would have went back and asked for my money back so I could go to KFC where they give you what you pay for ....thank you

I go down south every year. Just last week, I went to Georgia. This place is a joke and the owner knows the advantage he has here and he will go down just like the Arbys that was in this location before. The. Food is gross, the service is horrible and it doesnt matter how many times you come here (which Ive been here 5 times just to have a thorough perspective) it never gets better. They must have the same vigorous hiring process the Wendys and KFC have up the street.

Food is great little spicyand , was not impressed with the manager very rude to customers and especially to the staff,could hear him talking down about the workers in the back and in front of about 4 or 5 other customers yelled at the girl at register because I asked for butterfly shrimp and she rang it up not knowing they did not have,so then he was extremely rude and unprofessional in telling me that they didnt have it and thats it then looked at me like I was crazy.

This place is hit or miss at best. Some time the food is hot most times cold. One thing you can count on is the Dinning room will be filthy. Avoid using the bathroom at all cost. Your best bang for your buck is there specials. They are verry stingy with the fries on there regular menu. There regular menu is way over priced for what you get. Enter at your own risk. The only time we go is for the big box specials and hope we are lucky enough to get hot food.

First couple of the weeks after it had opened they were very good. The food tasted great and fresh. but today i ordered 5pc whole chicken combo and 5pc tender combo to go. when i asked a question they were laughing and not answering my question very well and being sarcastic. but most importantly the chicken i ordered was not the right amount and they were all dry and gross just like they been out on the shelf for hours. never eating here ever.

The staff usually isnt very professional. I understand its fast food but other fast food restaurants seem to manage it. Its mostly stuff like not keeping up with stocking (napkins, etc). They yell to each other in the kitchen, etc. Nothing horrible, just doesnt run as well as other places. Its my favorite fast food though so we keep going back!

I would rather wate for them to cook my food and get it hot and fresh, than get it fast, old and cold. Which is the way it is most of the time. (Note) for those who say the food is always hot and fresh I wish I had your luck because you cant prove this by me. Fresh food is hit-or-miss at best.

Service was horrible. I asked for Mashed without gravy twice, received gravy anyways. The bread for my PoBoy was stale. Fish was hard. Also orders a three piece. It was overcooked, borderline burnt. My Mac and cheese was not hot, not even lukewarm. I will NEVER return to this location.

They gave me the wrong order the the ignorant Pakistani kept insisting that it was what I ordered. This place is F up. The food, trash because the chicken given to me was not cooked,. In the end, i threw the trash they called food away. It was the last time I was there.

Love the spicy fried chicken. If u like spicy food then this is the best fried chicken chain. They also have non-spicy chicken. The chicken batter is nice and crunchy. Not soft and greasy like another fried chicken chain.

We order six chicken strip boxes, cashier had a hard time ringing it in supervisor had bad attitude. We walked out no food and our money back. Four other people had to send there food back orders were wrong. Really!

Personally, I do not like Popeyes chicken. Its way too crunchy. Soggy fries, yucky biscuits. Again, my opinion. Its about taste and texture for me, Im not at all judging the quality.

Friday and Saturday closing timings are 12AM and not 12PM. Somehow google shows closing time as 12PM which is wrong So store is opened till midnight on Friday and Saturday
