The KFC on Middlesex St is always ran down and dirty. The tables are always a mess and the floor is dirty and sticky. I saw one manager texting and eating on the floor where customers can see and the place was packed and he didnt help and when I complained the other manager shook his head and did nothing about it! The other employees where very nice and the food was good thats the reason why they get give 5stars. Other than that the place should be shut down for lack of being clean

They didnt give me half of my order when i came in they tried to tell me that i got everything considering i was in there not 2 min after my receipts time stamp and they continued to yell at me that they handed me everything till a very nice lady that was in drive thru before me came back saying she hadnt ordered what she had in her bag oh guess what i was what i had missing in mine never going there again

The food was decent. However, this was the single most disgusting restaurant that Ive ever been to. Filthy doesnt even begin to describe this place. The bathroom was dirty with standing water from an over-flow. The main dining area was worse. It doesnt look like the floor has been cleaned in months. Dirt, grime, old crumbs...uggh. Im never coming back here again.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the others. The food is good but the Customer service is very poor. Doesnt really matter where you work, Customer service is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Say hello, be polite and PRETEND you dont hate your job even if you do. The older man in the drive through is rude and could use some Customer skills as well.

Customer service is bad and the manager is a pedant, employees are young and poorly educated. The food you serve it wrong and if you ask takeaways you get what is not and when you claim not care. The property was remodeled and has a horrible smell should never clean tables and most of the time the floor is wet. Are deceptive offers

No complaints! You cant expect greetings from them, they dont get paid much to have that in mind. Did their job. Clean inside. Just wish that we could choice what we wanted. Like I dont like gravy on mashed potato, no Cole slaw in my order, wouldve loved that instead of the cookie or bread.

I love Taco Bell and KFC but what happened here? The staff didnt care that we were waiting. They didnt care that anyone was waiting at all. Tables were dirty and the bathrooms....uh, what the heck with the bathrooms!?

For Taco Bell/KFC this one is neither good nor bad. Its bog standard okay and decent. If you want middle of the road Mexican inspired food or chicken then this is your place. The food is good and service is quick.
