Wazzup my nuggets Im back and ready to shine!!! Heres my long awaited sweet ass review for my fans, you guys are awesome. I love you. Me. Stouwebruidge Cawfee Howse was originally located at 1233 Coffee Street at Old Sturbridge Village. Then they moved to the Cafe of Life and kicked out those people, heh. Now they reside in their current location across the down the street from Joomy Ds, a great lil ice cream but tiny ass sandwich shop... SCH for short is a good location with a nice staff and a great selection of coffee and snacks. Although, I have been told their steak is a lil too toasty. The flavor is remisnicent of toe jam willy wham. I have visited here multiple times with a someone who I later discovered to be an insane, murderous, alcohol eating (sorta,) crazy, liar head who attempted to remove something when we were here. He was a nutter. Ive heard many complaints about the interior of this place. Its not as "cozy" as Stoourbrideg Cpfe Houses other ovulation. I dont understand what the big deal is with cramped spaces, used dusty ass furniture, and under staffed locations in this location. Mcdonalds is better. Dis na gud. But overall theyre good. Their closing hours and so freaking weird. I was there once and was told to go home aT TWO IN THE AFTERNOONS! THAT IS WEIRD! They had a sign that aggressively stated one must get in THIS line, not THAT line. My friend complained about this and they took it down. The manager is salty probably and offensively subtly aggressive. GUd. oone ah ah ah During one visit to this place, I stood in line for twenty damn minutes. Understaffed doesnt scrape the surface. I looked over at the hawt chick running the line and discovered she was the only person doing the register and no one else was behind the counter. F*k dat. Its so awesome that a place like this has come to Sturbridge and is surviving! Locally ground coffee, biodegradable packaging, excellent prices, amazing coffee. Theyll give you anything you could want from a coffee shop and espresso bar and you get to meet the people you support by eating there. Pia is the biggest sweetheart ever. I go there every morning and after youve gone a few times and they know you you are a part of the family. They have free wifi, and, if you dont have a computer, they have one there for you to use for free. They have music and poetry in the evenings on the weekend. Their muffin tops are to die for. Try the sour cream and poppy seed.

Super place to relax and have a coffee and a bite to eat. Great selection of fresh brewed coffee. If you like a robust cup they rotate two dark, rich grinds on alternating days. They have a proper commercial espresso machine for the aficionado, their bariste will hook you up. A tip: if your sitting down you can have your beverage in a mug which comes with refills on the house! The food is fresh made on the premises with a great vegetarian selection. The menu is also paleo friendly if your a little creative - the curry chicken salad on a Caesar salad is my favorite. The WIFI is free and your welcome to stay! The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming .

Beware hot coffee. I have been to this coffee house before and enjoyed it. Went this morning and got a coffee and in my car tasted it and burned my tongue. Its so hot I cant drink it for my morning commute. Maybe be a half hour I can. Called store to let them know so they can turn down the carafe and the girls response was it is always hot so it stays hot longer and most customers ask for an ice cube. I asked why you would serve coffee you cant enjoy right away and she said she does not know what to tell me. Needless to say I wont be back for coffee. I love coffee and never have had an experience like this. Seriously my tongue got burnt.

I love a great local coffee shop but with this one, I wish I had gone to their neighbor Dukin Donuts. The cafe au lait I ordered was watery and the milk they steamed for it was scalding hot, no exaggeration. I burned my mouth badly on the first sip and when I told the clerk at the counter this, she did not apologize, only added cold milk to my drink (but it was still too hot to drink for twenty minutes). I noticed they do no have temperature gauges on the milk pots which is unprofessional and dangerous. My tongue is numb. Ouch. P.S. Scone was yummy.

I ordered 1 tea and 1 coffee with cream and sugar, and she made tea with cream and sugar. I said no, I ordered black tea. But she seemed to want me to just take it. Then she gave us that tea with cream and sugar anyway! She seemed sassy and like she didnt care. So bad service for this place. Also the crumb cake was very hard- maybe stale?

The Sturbridge Coffee House gets better the second you walk in.. the coffee choices are beyond measure… the food choices are exceptional as well. Im known for being a critic, but they get NO criticism from me. The owners and staff do an excellent job at whatevers needed and they always have an awesome variety -Ryan Jacque - artist

Local customer for years but the quality has taken a nosedive in the last year. The move changed a lot and they havent rebounded. Flavored coffee and lattes all taste the same. Food menu is still smaller and more basic. Just not worth the $$ premium any more now that there are other options in town.

Amazing coffee shop! Love the food and the service is excellent. Perfect local place with great atmosphere. Kid friendly, evening concerts, favorite place to hang out. Live their muffin tops, and the curry chicken salad is phenomenal! Definitely a must-visit!!!

Wow, the interior of this place is very cool, its a mix of an urban cafe and colonial because of the Windsor chairs at tables and comfy leather couches near the fireplace. It was open at 6 and coffee was perfect.

I live in Boston and make a point of stopping in here any time Im in town. Hands down some of the best chai Ive had, and the constantly rotating specialty coffee is key. Gotta love this place.

Very cute coffee place. They serve redbarn coffee and other teas, delicious sandwiches, and have a very cute atmosphere. Great place to grab something and sit and chat with a friend.

Why two stars? 5 stars - service 1 star - coffee (yes, it was not good) 1 star - atmosphere (freezing) Wish I could say something more positive...service was great...

Moved since I was last in the area so it took a bit to find them. Still worth it - been coming here on the way back from a yearly business trip.

Food was pretty awful, and the service wasnt anything spectacular. Great environment. Hopefully have a better experience next time.
