I have always enjoyed this Starbucks! The staff are always on their "A" game, always genuine when speaking to you, taking your order, and making sure its always right. Such positive energy in the store among staff and customers! Always feels great to go in get yummy beverage and food! Best Starbucks on the east side of Connecticut in my opinion, from east Lyme, mystic, uncasville(in stop and shop), Lisbon(in target)- this is by far one I love returning to the most! Manger Meme is so sweet and a hard worker!

A beautiful example of a Starbucks, with a nicely themed and decorated interior. Food quality here is excellent, as is the drinks. My only issue here is that often when crowded service is slow - and there is an unbelievably poor lack of parking. Roughly a 10 car parking lot or less, its hard to do anything but the drive thru for this reason.

As an employee here, I cannot emphasize enough how delightful our customers are! They have made my transition from North Carolina to Connecticut a lot easier; they also made me have a new perception of the stigma towards "Yankees". Haha

This location is alright. Sometimes they rush through making drinks and will not follow the exact steps which effects the quality of the drink. Overall the service is usually prompt, the store is clean, and the baristas are friendly.

Clean store and friendly staff. Was here for over an hour during the early morning rush for a meeting. The staff works extremely hard and gets orders out quickly. Never been much of a Starbucks fan but, their teas are tasty!

Whenever I go there they get my order wrong. I ask for 8 and 8 (eight sugars and eight creams) in my coffee I never get it. I always have to tell them to add more or its wrong. Terrible service. Will never go again.

This place has a great environment but the drive thru isnt that great. They always mess up orders left and right. Its a shame that you need to avoid the fdrive tru here
