order large 2 topping pizza with 2 liter of soda,for 18$ pizza was delivered very quick 25 mins, after driver left we started to eat and the middle of each slice was soggy and under cooked, i called back telling the girl that and she said theyd get another pizza in for us, i was okay with thtat at first but then decided we didnt want it from there from the way we were treated on the phone. i asked for a refund and the manager got really snotty saying it was cooked so i dont know what to tell you. but im not sending a driver back out to pick it up. so i agreed to bring it back to them being only 2.5 miles up road, he kept telling me to make sure the pizza was there and make sure to bring it back with me, he was acting like i was trying to get a free pizza from them or trying to steel from them. it was so unprofessional. he was treating me like a thief, so i got to store walked in the manager gabbed the box right out of my hand and loooked in to make sure pizza was in there, he then handed me an envlope with money in it,i counted it and it was only 11$ i told him thats not what i paid and i had my receipt, he then counted out the correct amount and i walked out, he was worried about me getting a free pizza but yet he had to know he didnt count out the right amount that was due back to me, will never try there again and will tell all my friends and co workers how i was treated,

Overall not worth spending your money!! I order a bbq pizza and got a cheese pizza with bbq all over and too much bbq(almoust a whole bottle of bbq) no joke! I also ordered a chicken broccoli alfredo pasta and all i got was a few pieces of chicken with plain pasta with sauce in the middle. My pasta was stuck together and it was pretty damn nasty! Will NEVER eat at Romanos pizza again! I rather get pizza from Market Basket!

Ordered my food at 6:49, and got it at 7:25 with 2 other people waiting for pickup. 2 subs and chicken fingers. My steak bomb was bland and thin. Wife said her grilled chicken sub tasted like plain chicken. "Sorry were really busy" doesnt cut it for someone who works at Giovannis. Just wanted to try something different, and I wont do it again.

Horrible . I order from them routinely and initially was awesome . Then the last 3 times was a mess last experience got wrong dressing . Took them an hour and half for delievery and food was cold . Didnt return it due to 2 hungry kids and had to feed them . Will have to my business elsewhere . Will not order again . It went downhill

On top of incredibly slow service, every time i go here they make fun of all the customers before and after they walk in. I let one of the drivers continue to talk poorly about a customer after about 30 minutes i said to the driver by the way that customer is my ride. I had eaten here often and have had enough.

Romanos has a large variety of food options, so you are bound to find something that everyone loves! Their sweet tomato sauce is my favorite and one of my absolute favorite things to get is the chicken parm in their homemade pita bread! 10/10 would recommend

I order delivery all the time when Im at work. Their pastrami subs and calzones in particular are really good, and they always deliver quickly. If you place the order online, it even gives you the option to track it.

I have found Romanos to have fantastic food, the delivery has always been timely, and when picking up, the people there seem very friendly. The pizza is EXCELLENT...I recommend the Florentine, with Eggplant added.

Very friendly staff but the food, watery ziti for ten bucks didnt make the grade. Dont see us coming back. Very disappointed I can make the same stuff for half the cost at home.

The pizza was cold when delivered & looked like a 2 year old had made it. The steak & cheese was dry & bread was old & crumbly...bummed as I really liked the old place.

Pretty good pizza. Sauce is pretty good and makes the pizza. Staff is pretty friendly as well. Never had an issue with my order and food is consistent quality wise.

The Buffalo chicken pizza is the best World Wide. Im in the Navy so I know there is no better pizza. That salad dresing too.
