the service here is so bad they dont even allow the food to decide weather its even worth eating here its the way they do business that makes this place worthless.i give this place a zero its only due to this site heaving to rate them something that i even gave them one. With so many options on bridge street your better off going any where else. I order a sub and side order via delivery the women takes down my order and all was fine at first just before i hung up i asked the women on the phone how long it would take to get here. told me to hold on so she could talk to another employee at work. listing to them talk and had me waiting for 3 min at that point i had stated never mind thanks anyways (still expecting my order) hung up........... 45 mins later i call asking for my order to find apparently she miss herd what i meant thinking i didnt want the order but if she had been listing and not talked to any employer until after she would of understood i was referring to my question about how long it would take for my food to get here. this isnt where they screwed up because Im decent and realist and understand mistakes happen and it was small really,but where they did screw up was i felt like they had talk down to me saying well did you still want it delivered i sarcastically said yes (wouldnt it been obvious i had been waiting over 45 mins and called back to check my order) and then they told me the order was on its way. about another hour later i call back once more no joke they put me straight to voice mail like 3 times before finally answering (at this point they where close to closing) then the same girl i had spoken to be for kept playing stupid saying she didnt remember any order like mine and at this point i was beyond mad and hung up. SO DO NOT EAT HERE THE SERVICE IS ONE OF THE WORST IVE EVER HAD TO WORK WITH. all this for a sub and fried ravioli that i never got. again with so many options on 38 their service and food better be good. they not only lost a customer but they wouldnt even let the food decide there business and thats the biggest crime a pizza shop can do business wise. just poor management and honestly if there food is anywhere close to the way they treat their customer service (again didnt get to try it)then it probably tastes like ass. go to suppas or Romanos of dracut on 38 will give you decent service and the food is good too. a definite pass.

Express Pizza is, without a doubt, the BEST take-out pizzeria in a 50 mile radius! They go above and beyond when it comes to quality, quantity and presentation. They make their own fresh sub rolls & pita bread daily, through-out the day, that are always baked to perfection. My family orders from them all the time. Everything they make is AWESOME! Pizza is ALWAYS cooked to perfection with a scrumptious, sweet sauce; the subs are amazing and portions are generous! The salads are awesome and HUGE! They pasta dishes are just as good as everything else! The side orders we have ordered are all awesome: we love the potato skins: fresh baked potatoes topped with cheese & bacon...mmmm! I could write all day about this amazing place...and, no, Im not getting paid to write this...lol! To top it all off, they are family run (I think "owned & operated" but not 100% sure) and all the staff are polite and know what theyre doing. They have multiple delivery drivers on all the time so even on the busiest of nights my food arrives hot and fast! They are the best take out place Ive ordered from in many years...and my family orders out A LOT!

OMG this food is amazing! I just moved to Pelham this year, and during the move in I ordered Pizza Xpress. We all really enjoyied the pizza, but I thought it was a little expensive compared to local competitors. Ive been going to Brandos Pizza on Bridge St for pizza as well as steak and cheese subs. Today I decided to switch it up got a large steak tip and cheese with a side of fries from Xpress and it is the best steak and cheese Ive ever had. Big hearty chunks of steak, peppers, onions, grilled to a crisp with the perfect amount of seasoning on a toasted sub. The fries were amazing too and everything arrived fresh, hot and quick I want to make a point that I have NEVER done a food review and Im writing this as Im eating my meal. Do yourself a favor and go to Xpress Pizza if youre in the area and need a quality pizza shop.

No problem with the food and their homemade syrian bread that you can order your sub in is awesome. The pizzas are good as well. The only complaint I have is that having ordered from this place SEVERAL times, sometimes my orders are an hour late and the reason Ive come up with is that the women who must not speak good english, because everytime she takes my order (and I live on a street that exists in both LOWELL AND DRACUT), she ends up sending the delivery person to the LOWELL address for my street when I CLEARLY state that my address is the same street in DRACUT!!. Kind of irritating because it has happened at least 3 times now. Otherwise the food is VERY good!

They have such great food, but I wish they would tell me a correct time that my food would be ready. Dont tell me 15 -20 mins and then I go pick it up and its another 25 minutes. Just say its going to take 45 minutes. Timing is way off. Pizza is really good and they have the best curly fries. Just need to work on telling customers the right time their food will be done. This isnt the first time we have waited forever.

The food usually is amazing. However it is not consistent. Also the woman who answers the phone and is in charge of customer complaints or issues is so rude and unprofessional, I sometimes debate ordering elsewhere. The owner, though, he is such a contagiously sweet and happy man. I would suggest having the female owner work on her manners and customer service skills.

Regularly order from this place. Wings are good but calzones are even better!! Also, great service! I always order my calzone without ricotta cheese (allergy) and I forgot to add that to the instructions last time. The owner called me and said he remembered that I usually do no ricotta and just wanted to check and make sure I hadnt made a mistake.
