DONT EVER order from this place! We waited 45 minutes longer for our food than the estimated time. We called to complain and all they did was give us attitude that they were on their way. When they arrived, our salads were pathetic, completely wrong order than what we had stated over the phone 4 times and the meat on them was ice cold. We complained and they sent us new salads. I worked in many restaurants over the course of 6+ years and always gave customers something in return for poor unsatisfied service. They did not offer any reimbursement so we said we didnt want the salads anymore because it was yet another 45 minutes before the new ones arrived. He insisted we keep the new ones and will come back with money after speaking with his boss. Another 45 minutes later, a man from the store wearing a regular tshirt, jeans and a hat came into my business in front of my clients and yelled at me. He told us to give him the salads back if we want our money. Not only does no other resaurant in the world ever RETURN food but we told him the delivery guy said to keep them, which he did. So we ate them because we were starving! He scoffed at me and sarcastically laughed, started yelling at me and tossed the money back at me. This was by far the most unprofessional service I have ever received in my entire life and I live in Windham and will be certain to inform every single person I know to never come here and how unprofessional and poor their service was. I honestly do not know how they are still in business.

The food takes way to long to be delivered and when it arrived it was wrong. I ordered one thing. One thing and they got it wrong I asked for a BBQ chicken pizza I got cheese pizza with horribly burnt fried chicken on top that was rubbery and couldent even chew. And yep red sauce, no BBQ sauce at all on it. When called to complain they told me theyd send another. Waited an hour it was cold again and same rubbery nasty chicken. And again red sauce with a small drizzle of BBQ when I asked specifically this time to put only BBQ. Its a simple simple order if you cant get that right 2 times.. you should close down and try something else out. Foods bad service is bad and they are rude just unpleasant uneducated people. Try Kendal pond pizza, they atleast make right on an order if its a mistake... food not the greatest but it alright. Better than this atleast..

I was disapointed in the attitude from the server who took my call when I called to say they made our food wrong. I always order from here and I have never had a problem. Even if my food was wrong, if they had a better attitude I probably wouldnt be writing this review. But, the server spoke down to me and said I placed the order wrong. Good customer service is listening to the customer and understanding what went wrong. Its people with sour attitudes who can completely ruin an expirence. If I was to rate the food its 5 stars. But Andrew who was our server that ruined our expirence.

We ordered The White One with extra feta and spinach. I was told it would be ready in 20-25 and it was not ready for another 10 minutes (which is fine, as they had just opened). However, it appears that they cut the pizza with a cutter that had red sauce on it. Being someone with many allergies, I am a little upset and taken back by the cross contamination aspect. Not sure that any employee seems to take the job very seriously, though I may be wrong. Other than that, the pizza was very good and the crust was one of the best Ive ever had.

i visited this resturaunt with my 8 yr old daughter. a very old scheevy looking man was at the register. he struck up a flirtatious coversation with my little girl. i ordered my food grabbed her had and pulled her to a table. he then almost immediately followed us, sat down at the table and put his arm around my daughter and continued the innapropriate conversation. I frantically picked my daughter up and vacated the premisise. I have yet to file a report but i certainly will never return.

Ive had them deliver to my home a few times. I should not have given them a second chance, never mind a third. Each time the food took over and hour even though we were told 30-40 minutes. The food was cold all three times and had no flavor. The person delivering the food was different each time but, all three were equally ambivalent and somewhat rude. Even the person taking the order over the phone sounds like a jerk. I will NEVER order from these people again.

ABSOLUTELY STUPENDOUS! Service is excellent, staff is courteous and professional. Ordered take out and found that delivery was prompt and food was fantastic. Very pleased with the service, been in and eaten at the restaraunt a couple times and service is unsurpassed. Highly recommend trying them out if you live in the area and havent already. I will definitely be returning.

This is hands down my favorite pizza place in the area. They have consistently tasty, thin-crust, Italian-style pizza. I dont love the cold cut sandwiches or calzones but their pizza is great. They do a lot of take-out business and have upgraded their location with a new seating area, good for families taking their kids out for pizza without a full restaurant experience.

Great restaurant with amazing food. I have both ate in & ordered delivery and overall was happy. Staff is respectful & helpful. They give accurate delivery times within reason & the place seems to always be clean. Huge variety of food & drinks. I will most definitely return again! I would maybe suggest adding some new specials & coupons.

Stopped by this place today with my wife for a quick lunch. Although we came for pizza I thought Id try the veal parm sub. It was very good. My wife decided on the steak tip salad which apparently was delicious because she ate the whole thing. The pita bread, which I did try, was great! Will definitely stop in again.

This place has the best pizza in town. They are always willing to make it your way if they have the ingredients to do so. I was in there last Friday night and they were so busy I dont know how they bang the food out so fast without compromising the quality. A big thumbs up from me.

Love it. I have been going for years. Pizza is excellent, sandwiches are full and fresh, and they always remember the condiments and extra napkins...i will continue to patronize Capri Pizza. I have gotten to know the owner, Kate, and she is very friendly.

The worst pizza in this area, the guy cooked it way too quickly and outs soggy in the middle, and the wings are microwaved. (Yes I can tell), Plus I waited forever for it inside what they call a "bar ". I got it for the first time and will never go back.

Pizza has always been great, actually went in for the first time today and got a chicken finger sub and chicken Cesar wrap for our dinner and everyone was extremely pleasant and the food was just what we wanted.

I wish you could include pictures with reviews. I used to frequent Capri and after my last few visits I will definitely look for a new place to order from. Service and accuracy of orders is disgusting.
