I ordered the hot open-faced roast beef sandwich, which was a special today. I asked to substitute fries for the mashed potatoes, which turned out to be a major request, apparently. I love a hot roast-beef sandwich and I was starving, so I was looking forward to this. They kept the roast beef in the steam table, cooking for hours. It had the look of dog food. I was done eating the sandwich by the time my fries were cooked. The service was terrible. Here is what was good: My veggies, even though they came out of the steam table, were perfectly al dente. I couldnt believe it. In addition, I thought the place looked clean and modern. So if you want good steam-table veggies in a clean environment, Id recommend this place. If you want a roast beef sandwich, stay far away.

Have eaten there for many years. Before it was called Miracle Mile. We started eating there in the late 60s. Moved away and came back in 2000. Then I worked across the street at Central and Thomas. I used to frequent this for lunch sometimes. The place looked pretty much the same from years ago. I even ran into someone there that I attended high school with down the street at 19th Ave and Thomas, in 1968. The food is always great!

Worst customer service I have ever witnessed. I understand the NY deli idea but you dont have to act like a piece of b.s. new yorker in Az. I dont know why they cant stay in their great state. My food had an old left out taste so I asked for a refund and he told me that I must not know what food tastes like. I said no maybe I dont know what old rotten food tastes like. Beware eating there.

We live out of state and wanted to send something for relatives in Phoenix who had just experienced a death in the family. We ordered some platters from Park Central Deli, and within about an hour they were prepared and delivered across town. This service was above and beyond our expectations and much appreciated by the recipients as well. Thanks!!

I couldnt decide between the hamburger or the salad. I ate the hamburger. It was delicious and the fries were nice and crispy. It took me a while to finish it but I worked on it a long time and they didnt kick me out. Ambiance is great by the way.

I love the New Yorker sandwich and their fries are delicious. They usually have a good lunch item available for that particular day as well. Its a bit like going to a cafeteria, not something Im real fond of, but the food is always really good.

I very much enjoyed my New Yorker pastrami sandwich. Both times I went they sliced the meat from a hot roast directly onto my bread roll. Such a good sandwich I went two days in a row.

Pastrami sandwiches are good, but overpriced. All the hair I found baked into the Mac n Cheese didnt look so appetizing. Not going back since they were indifferent when reporting it.

Ripoff! $14 for a very average club sandwich with one small side. And they screwed up my order. I asked for sourdough and no tomato. Got soft white bread with two tomatoes.
