This location was remodeled in 2015 and it is very nice. Its always busy with the business people from the Twin Towers who come in and stopped for coffee, the people going to the public library across the street, and just people walking down the street and see that theres a Starbucks there. Though I am not a coffee drinker I stop in regularly to partake of their baked goods like the scones and chocolate chip cookies along with pumpkin bread when its in season. I also like their selection of teas and hot chocolate. The location is very busy at all the times you would expect it to be. Early in the morning during lunchtime and late afternoon is when it seems to be a madhouse with people in line getting the copies and other treats. The staff work very hard and get the drinks to the customers very quickly. Ive never had a problem with any of my orders and it has always been with the smile. Starbucks does a good job with hiring staff. The location is convenient with in the downtown area and a quick walk from many of the hotels and the convention center. I expect this location to get even busier once they open the new Capital District series of businesses and hotels. That being said I dont expect the service or the smiles of the employees to suffer.

I love Starbucks, but I had a pretty uncomfortable experience here, which will definitely prevent me from coming to this location again. I may be a student, but that doesnt mean I should be treated less than the business men and women that are frequent at this location. As I was in the middle of paying for my order, I asked the barista if he could actually make my drink "light ice" (since they rip you off by making the beverage 75% ice, 25% drink). Anyways, when I asked this, he made it seem like it was the craziest demand ever and tried to make me feel bad. He even said that the reason I am supposed to ask for this earlier, before I pay, is because they charge for this kind of extra labor!!!! What in the world?!? You have to put ice in it anyway, you just flick your wrist sooner you senseless man! Anyways, after this, I needed to use the bathroom and get a code, and they all seemed to have an attitude about me, JUST FOR ASKING FOR LIGHT ICE, and proceeded to ignore me for several minutes. Love Starbucks and love this location, but some of these baristas suck ass.

I love how I am greeted by a partcular barista every morning, and my drinks are always delish. However there is a brunette that works early mornings that is kind of rude in my opinion. Ive noticed her not only being rude to me, but another guest as well and in all honesty shes starting to make my experiences of coming into Starbucks not so fun anymore.

Staff is ok. Friendly, but less efficient than some other Starbucks. Quality is consistent with other locations. However, for whatever reason they do not seem to run out of seasonal product as quickly as others, which is a nice bonus and typically seems to have less of a wait.

This location, though often busy with the corporate crowd, is always so kind and friendly. Sam and the rest of the crew always try to remember each guest, what they drink and how it is made. It is always a joy to stop in, even when there is a line that seems daunting.

Dont go here during the Berkshire Hathaway days - the shop does not plan for that, it is just 2 guys struggling with a LONG line of customers. Really bad performance. The manager of this place left quite some revenue on the table and wasted customer loyalty. Sad.

Very crowded and multi entrance/exit locations makes it difficult to maneuver through the crowd. No parking and kind of hidden but if your a local you know this. Be ready to have coin for parking meter. Very hard to get in and out with a car, many one way streets

Visited the Starbucks in downtown Omaha. Great experience great staff. The service was outstanding. I was able to get a tall vanilla latte, two cakes pops and a chocolate marble cake not to bad for $10.64 making my experience a perfect visit at Starbucks! Yay!

They seem understaffed. Most times I stop here theres a huge line and it takes like 15 minutes to get a coffee. Feels like waiting for a beer at a bar. Other than that, the coffee is always great. The service is just really slow.

Nice location within walking distance of a lot of downtown attractions and businesses. You will need to find parking and there is no drive through. The cafe usually is busy frequented by students at study.
