The best coffee Ive ever had! No bitter notes, no acidity, just smooth, rich coffee. Seriously, great coffee. And the owner, Michael Marinelli, is awesome to do business with. My husband and I met him at the Christmas in Cowtown event in Fort Worth a couple weekends ago and boy are we glad we stopped to taste his coffee. We bought some on the spot and the next morning after making our own we knew wed be ordering more. I got to personally speak with Michael when I called in to inquire about the coffees wed purchased in person as they werent listed on the website. Michael assured me he would roast some up for us and ship it the same day and that even tho these particular coffees wouldnt always be available hed always have a comparable coffee. My shipment came two days after talking to Michael. Such great customer service! Oh and one more thing, I have always had to add some type of creamer to my coffee, in fact its been said I like a little coffee with my creamer but for the first time ever, I prefer my coffee black!

Ive being a repeat customer for a number of months now. I mail order from Orazure over the Internet to get the freshest beans and in my opinion the flavor profiles are superb. I highly recommend! To give some more detailed feedback, I have tried most of their roasts, prepared as drip, French press and espresso. - Black El Dorado: Exceptional chocolate notes. Rich full flavor and creamy mouthfeel. Very clean tasting, too. Well balanced. This is my go-to. - Ethiopia dry-processed Yirgacheffe: Blueberry bomb! Very clean tasting and rich. Fruity, but not acidic or sour tasting. I really enjoy this one. - Guatemala micro-lot: This one also had rich, chocolate notes. I was surprised how much I enjoyed this one, but it knocked my socks off as espresso. Very rich intense chocolate flavors and clean finish. - Indonesia (Sumatra) The best Sumatra Ive had. Earthy and balanced.

Excellent experience and coffee. Owner hand-roasts ALL his coffee and will explain if asked exactly where the beans in your coffee came from, the drying process, etc. This is like a good Sonoma winery - unique, laid-back, friendly, knowledgeable, & fantastic flavor in whats created. I take my coffee black, and my favorite here is called "Black Eldorado" (their dark roast). This place is every bit as good as my favorite coffee bars in The Heights and The Montrose, so its great to have them up in the burbs where I live.

I had seen this coffee shop while driving by, finally stopped in this week! An awesome experience, I usually drink Texas pecan keurig cups. When I stopped in, the owner was working behind then counter and in less than 5 minutes my decaf coffee was fresh and ready! The owner educated me about what he was preparing. The flavor was amazing and the coffee (no cream or sugar) was extremely smooth! The next morning I called to place an order for pick up. *Enjoy the heart of a small town! #Joy
