Very disappointed. I will be going to the one on prospect now and tell everybody I know as well. I was there getting a triple cheese burger. I received 1 pice of cheese and pieces of meat (??). Meat was dried out and burnt and how is 2 pieces triple. When we mentioned that we would like a fresher sandwich. We were told thats how they are all, because they are cooked the same. There was no offer of returning money for an inedible sandwich. So if you would like to pay for burnt food, that you will just have to throw away and no customer service. This is the place for you.

This Dairy Queen is a joke, granted, its been awhile since Ive been here, but I was reminded of just how awful of a place it was. Slow, incompetent service. And whos to blame them? The entire building is plastered with ten commandments signs on EVERYTHING inside. Who wants to work in that kind of environment? Who wants to enjoy ice cream in that kind of environment? Its also just... really awful, unclean, etc. This place is why I generally avoid Dairy Queen, the fact DQ corporate allows it to exist proves their franchise standards are inadequate.

MONTANA GUIDE -
Dairy Queen has been a family friendly, fun place to visit for a long time! Unfortunately... this particular Dairy Queen is a very poor example. Youd be much better off visiting Dairy Queen at 1700 Prospect Avenue. This building is poorly maintained and from talking with people who have worked here in the past, the sanitation concern is non existent. This is potentially dangerous to your health. Also it should be noted that a 5 star review from Michael Walth should be disregarded as he is THE OWNERS (Kevin Walth) SON!

I feel weird raving about a fast food joint, but they are so consistent with their service I felt compelled. Im reviewing the food portion. As long as you arent in a big hurry, DQ makes the wait for their cooked food more than worth it. Food is always cooked to order, always fresh, and always delicious. Im talking burn my mouth on the burger fresh, every time. It has been this way for years; kudos to the management at this fast food establishment.

No burgers?? For over a week. They pay their employees next to nothing. Im sure the management can afford to fix or replace their grill in a timely manner. Also; this place just sucks. The staff isnt friendly, the food is often cold, and they are slow as heck. Maybe the family will start going to the one across town.

Ordered 3 blizzard, all which are way too over priced. Got them home and on further inspection, realized each blizzard was 2/3 - 3/4 of the cup. If you are going to charge that price maybe you should fill the cup full. Very disappointing.
