I was waiting in line for about 10 minutes. I was up next and a teenage girl decides she wants to cut the line. The workers clearly saw there was a line and people had been waiting a long time. They decided to help the girl. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. I dont understand why a one line concept is so difficult to follow.

I come here about once a week for my cheat day. This, along with the McDonalds for fries makes the perfect combo. The blizzards are very consistent, even if there is a revolving door of new trainees, new faces.
