They were really quite nice. In fact, the woman who helped us, she took notice of and offered to give the "old lady" (that my mother and I had brought along to accompany us on the ride to DQ that we were taking in the car) in the backseat a treat so she wouldnt feel left out, as we hadnt ordered her so much as one item off of the menu. Then she busted out a MilkBone, which if "the old lady" that i was refering to hadnt been my 17 year old Boxer Mixed Breed Dog, probably wouldve upset me quite a bit more than it did as was the case. She loves rides in the car with us & now, its safe to say that the staff & management of this DQ location have convinced me

I drive thru and have a relatively short wait, if ordering milkshake or ice cream. Food takes longer, but I rarely go there to eat food. Ive never been inside the building. Its a little more expensive, but convenient. They have both vanilla and chocolate softserve, but if you ask for a mix, the put vanilla on one side of the come and chocolate on the other side separately . Thats a pain because one side was not as frozen as the other, and slopped in my hands. Chocolate milkshake is my usual . A large 20 oz maybe is 5.00. You can get a better one at QT FOR 3.50 just around the corner on Cactus.

Ive had chili and fries on three occasions and just now a banana split for the first time. I always get it to go. Im very disappointed when Ive pulled them out of the bag because of the scarce amount given. I could have bought a small bag of fries and a side of chili and paid much less. The banana split didnt have any chocolate and a small amount of strawberry very little caramel. Never again will I drive that far.

the staff is very friendly, for instance when me, my sister and my young cousin walked here early in the morning (in the heat) about an hour before opening time, they let us in to sit down until the store opened, the wait time was superb and the store was very clean, i will definetly will be coming back here!

It smells really bad in the lobby. I would think it would be a complaint from many people and whatever the problem would get fixed. On another note I tried the rocky road blizzard and its bad probably the worst on the menu. Cookie crumbs, marshmallow spread and peanuts. The peanuts are best part.

Go here whenever my wife and I are craving some good ol blizzards. Very fast service in the drive-thru. Weird setup, you order in one window, drive around the building to pick up your meal. No big deal as they are friendly and fast to get your your food. Overall its a great place!

This place is a deathtrap, the doors are in the drive through. You have to walk through cars in the drive through lane to get in. Whoever designed the building should be run over by a minivan. Also, it smells like dog crap or septic funk every single time.

If I could give no stars I would. First off she tried to steal two dollars from me. Second she tipped blizzard over started pour out she wouldnt remake. I got crispy chicken sandwich and got home its a small cheese burger like wtf.

I found a roach in my drink and I brought it to the managers attention she said sorry and filled up my cup no new cup or or fresh ice. I was blown away at her reaction dairy queen just lost a very loyal customer

This building is really old and I had just gotten a voucher through Groupon . When we placed our order the cashier tells me she cant take my voucher there not the best service by any means .
