Service is TERRIBLE! The waitresses have had terrible attitudes every time my family and I have gone here. After this last experience, we wont be back. I called an order in, one breakfast order, and they told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. I gave them 15 minutes just to be safe and when I went to pick it up, the waitress that came up to me was rude and disrespectful. She didnt even check on my order, instead she stood there and helped people that walked up with tickets then she went and cleared off tables. Still hadnt checked on my order. After standing there for an additional 15 minutes, another waitress came up to the counter and when she checked on my order, they hadnt even started making it. This small town business should consider some appropriate punishment for their rude wait staff and pay more attention to customer service.

I could not give a negative rating, but this place has got the rude staff i have ever seen and i been all over from New York to LA . I walked in standing by the sign and counter that says wait to be seated waitress walks these ladies came in after me and she seated them first then came back and said how was it. I said lady I have not order and i want to place a order to go, she most people stamd here to pay, ok i need to place a order, we stand there 30 sec i said i need a menu. She said do you know how to ask for one. WTF. I just said i need to place an order to go.

If you ever wanted to pretend you were chef ramsay on on kitchen nightmares, this is the place to go. Slow service, bland over salted food, mostly elderly clientele are all covered here. Unfortunately unlike an episode of kitchen nightmares, you dont get actually good food at the end of the episode.

A+ for hospitalty. The perfect road warrior grub...hit the spot! Bairs is super fast, super convient, open 24hrs!!! Huge lot out back, which makes it easy if you have a trailer, and great place to run my dog and water my horses...which is hard to find!

ONE OF THE BEST TRUCK STOP DINERS IN AMERICA !!! Most TS diners have OK food, but the food, service and prices here are great. I always meet my Uncle for breakfast here, everytime i roll through Belgrade.

Waited 10 minutes as the only person in the wait area - three people walked eight past and passed the buck to other servers. Walked out. Food is usually good. Service is usually good. Not this time.

Service wasnt that great. Both waitresses were not very friendly. The food quality was ok, but it took 19 minutes to make it out of the kitchen. Was also seated at a dirty table. Not impressed.

Spectacular service, really friendly staff, excellent value and delicious food. A great place to stop for food anytime. Only 24hour restaurant in the area!
