My husband and I are 100% disappointed today upon driving to taco bell. We arrived and we decided to go drive through. One vehicle was waiting there to order and was just sitting there. It was about 15 minutes later and they still had not ordered. We decided to go inside. So my husband backed up and pulled into a spot and went in, only to discover the couple inside told my husband that the truck was told to wait to order and had been sitting there 25 minutes prior to our arrival !!! And the couple inside were there waiting as well. The few people working were a little cocky and said that its fresh and it takes a while. My husband waited at the counter,.....and waited,....and waited. Nobody bothered to ask him for his order even though they all saw him. So we decided to leave and upon leaving did the couple finally get their meal. He was also told that 3 other people got wrong orders and a whole meal was made up and it was never ordered!!! The people working there are a joke!!!! Not only did we leave to go elsewhere so did a few other people whos orders werent taken!!! Need new employees! !!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I was going in with my friends and family, and we were separated in two groups. My family got our food, and then they just then told the other family that they were out of beef. They wouldnt even give them the food that didnt have beef, and was ready! We had to go soon, and they just kept messing up on their orders. Finally, 25 min after ordering, they got their food. For the nachos, they only put enough toppings to cover a third of the chips. There was way too much salsa, and not enough chips for the double quesadilla, and it was aggravating because I wanted more chips. One of us ordered a soft taco with chicken, and the chicken was cold. We really never got our direct order. The salsa was good though. We somehow ended up with empanada, and that was good. It was a horrible experience, and I hope you should NEVER go here.

Not in the least bit pleased. Went to this location 8/5/2015. It was getting dark and they didnt have the sign lit in drive in. Ordered a number six combo which consists of two beef or chicken chalupas and One taco plus drink. I ordered Chicken with an extra chalupa. Needless to say they nearly forgot the drink and completely forgot the third chalupa so I went back and got it. Get halfway home and realize they have completely screwed up my order. Instead of two chicken supreme Chalupas I got two Bacon Club Chalupas. The only thing worth eating was the one chicken supreme Chalupa and the drink. Never going here again as it is not the first time they have gotten a order wrong.

Walked inside to place a take out order. Cashier was rude. Was also informed they were out of shells to make crunch wraps. While I was waiting for my food several off duty staff members came in to the restaurant. They were walking around behind the counter talking loudly and getting cigarettes from the staff that was working. I ordered a chicken quesadilla with no sauce an they still put sauce on it. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody. Experience was terrible.

The manager was on the phone while trying to take the order of 2 people ahead of me and then myself and was VERY rude, when my husband came in to complain his tacos had cheese when he specifically asked for No Cheese, and the reciept said it (due to an allergy) she got attitude and told the girl behind her Go find out whats wrong with this guys tacos now! when we only came from the drivethru for that one thing. Not good customer service.

We have been here quite a few times. Its always great service. Tonight we had the pleasures of meeting the general manager im going to assume. Whoever he is, hes one cool dude. Only complaint i could think of because of course no ones perfect is the location. Its too far from my house lol. All in all, ive always been very satisfied. If the manager reads this, you commented on my girlfriends tattoos so you remember us! Thank you!

My best friend and I received things in our orders we asked to leave out so we politely asked to get what we ordered. Instead, we got an employee mocking our choice of food and telling us he couldnt make what we wanted so "throw it away or go home". Rudest experience at a fast food place. In the end we received our correct orders thanks to the manager.

There was a reverb at the drive through. I ordered the 2 Chicken and rice burritos and a quesadilla.. Guy says you mean shredded Chicken and cheese, I say no Chicken and rice. Well he gave me what he wanted me to have anyway. Both ends of quesadilla were empty and didnt discover until I arrived at my hotel. Unbelievable!

It sucks everytime i go there they either f up my order or it is made very sloppy. I ordered a queso box and they gave me a buffalo chicken box. My tacos had no meat in them. Never going back to this one. Ill go to the one on jfk. And the employees are rude. If i could give half a star i would.

Food is messy, sloppily put together, and the employees are walking around in raggy uniforms. I can hear the employees talking about people in the drive thru and making fun of them. Makes me wonder what they say about me after I leave. Anyway they got my order right at least...

Not enough staff to accommodate the customers, rude manager (female and no name tag), staff member(no name tag) did not know menu, food took about 20 minutes, and my daughters quesidillas cheese was not melted as well as the last piece had nothing in it. Awful!

The crew seems to never care about anything and looks high as hell half the time. 80% of the time your order will be messed up so your better off not even ordering. Wait times are ridiculously long (30 to 45 till u get to the window to pay)

Granted its a busy Saturday night/Sunday morning but they are forcing people to wait in the drive through for over 15 minutes just to make an order.
