I hate to say anything bad about anything especially in my own town if at least you can see they are really trying. The tempura green bean appetizers are still great! But for the second time there were flies inside and I asked if theres anything we can do, get me a fly-swater, they looked at me like Im crazy. "Theres a door that opens and closes so flies get in." was all they could say. So I thought Ill have a drink and just force myself to enjoy my dinner sharing with flies. Ordered a Ruby Relaxer and it was so watered down I might as well have just ordered a glass of water and save a few bucks. Our hamburger came and it was not as good as they used to be. We thought they couldnt mess that up. That their hamburger is always good. Nope not today. Well we love our town and always try to patronize local stores and restaurants even if it is a chain, its our chain. But Im done with our Ruby Tuesdays.

They give you biscuits. I know I care about whether a place gives you biscuits. ;) Other than that we ordered mozzarella sticks for an appetizer. The sticks were so good that I have decided to order them as a meal. Small wait on Saturday though, around 6pm which is the times the chart above says. Back to my sticks, the sticks were as amazing as they were for the appetizer! Quite filling even though it doesnt look like much. Service was excellent. Overall I enjoyed my meal. Not the best not the worst. Everyone else in my party enjoyed their meal too. -Tredoubur recommended restaurant.

Went on 9-25. Hostess really doesnt like her job. We had the most professional server I have ever seen. Amazing. Food was very good and the sound level was better than most places. You could actually carry on a conversation but were seated on an interior wall and someone in the kitchen were slamming something against the wall. Very annoying because it was startling every time it happened. For a chain unit it was a good effort, we will come by again.

Kat was a good waitress. We wanted to try the fried great beans, but they were out. So we ordered another appetizer, and they gave it to us for free. Kat and the manager both came out and apologized for beino out of the green beans and told us our new appetizer would be free. It was very nice of them, although it was no big deal to us. Also, the bathrooms smelled amazing and were very clean. We visited at lunch time.

Im giving this place a 3 because I have gotten great service and food from them in the past but this visit was lackluster. They brought out our food at separate times. The waitress never cleared the table. We had to ask for plates for our appetizer and 3 of the dinners were sent back for making the wrong order or just for bad looking and taste issues. And they ran out of salad mix.... on Mothers Day

Out of the "bar and grill" style chains (Applebees, 54th) Ruby Tuesday is one of the better places. Its never packed so wait times arent miserable. The salad bar is good, and most of the food has been adequate (for this type of place). Our bills tend to be higher than most and the beer isnt cheap, but overall its pretty good.

I dont know if this is signature of all Ruby Tuesdays but the staff always seems slow and the food just isnt good enough for how much you pay. I have been to this specific RT and both times I have been underwhelmed by the service and food. I would not go here unless you are forced too.

Food was very good and service was good. But gave a coupon when she took our order then she forgot to take it off. Then I reminded her and she did take it off. I guess she might have tried to get the extra. I will go back.

I love their Turkey Burger and salad bar. The salad bar is much better now that they added mire items back. I wish they would bring back the rolls.

Food is good. Presentation of the dishes could be better. Service was ok. Didnt get refills till we asked for desert. Server wasnt very attentive.
