First off, let me explain that I consider myself somewhat of a global pub expert having photographed and frequented thousands of Pubs (particularly Irish Pubs) in Europe, Australia, South America, and of course North America (collections for a future book). Unfortunately I have been very disappointed with the "bar" or "Sports-bar" culture/setup in pubs in the STL area - it seems like they target very commercial/in-out/chain-style (one exception is the Cheshire English pub/Cheshire hotel). Going into Friendship Brewery for the first time.... I was shocked. There was so much thought put into the outside, the sitting areas, the bar area, the decor (the truck bartop is awesome !) - lots of thought and hour went into this place. After talking to one of the owners - it is clear to me that these guys have passion in this place, not only for the beer but also the presentation and space/ambiance for its customers. The food is outsourced and made in a building on the property - it is a limited menu, but excellent in quality - The Cuban is the best Ive ever had outside of Miami! In summary - GO, spend a couple hours, have a Friendship Brewery Blond Creme Ale (great!) or other and relax, very worth the visit. You will be back again.

Friendship Brewing has become one of our favorite breweries in the St. Lours area. We have been multiple times and the friends we brought absolutely loved it. Beers are outstanding (Brown is one of our favorites ) excellent food and it is a perfect size place to hang out and enjoy some fellowship time! Last night was a Tuesday evening and as always the service was fantastic. Kudos to Bill who took care of us outside on the patio. To the owners and staff, keep up the great work. We will be visiting again very soon! Cheers!!

This is my go-to local watering hole. Love the entire staff and have never had a bad beer. Friendship is the perfect name for this place because everyone who works here and a lot of people who frequent here want to become your friends. Brian, Mike, Bob, Bobby, Brett, Kent, etc and all the ladies serving delicious beers put their hearts and souls into this brewery and Im more than happy to do my part to support its success!

The food, atmosphere and service were really great. I loved the outdoor area with live music. I have to say however that I was underwhelmed by the beer. For being a brewery, this is the most important aspect to me. There wasnt a good variety and none of them really stood out. Perhaps the selection will eventually rotate and I will have to give it another chance someday.
