I really do want to have a good experience and like this place. Every time I come there is always an issue. I ordered a vodka pineapple, I ordered it with grey goose.. the alcohol in my cup was not grey goose. and Im pretty sure they gave me club soda not pineapple juice, b.c a vodka pineapple is not clear and is not carbonated. The service was horrible. I walked in to a "hi". When sitting at my table it took 20 minutes to get a water or any attention from anyone. We had to ask to be served. Every time I have ordered food here it is cold or not what I ordered. I always see great reviews and articles written about this place, in my opinion this place doesnt even deserve one star. I do not recommend this place.

Love the late hours, great atmosphere, good food, and wonderful service! Came here on Wednesday night for late dinner 9pm. We ordered Chicago stock yard burger, Thai chicken flatbread, spinach and artichoke dip, and blackened salmon sliders. The salmon sliders were exceptional!! A must try! Burger was nicely done, Thai chicken was a bit spicy for us, but with rich flavor! But... not the dip... it tastes like it came out of microwave... :/ However!! Our server, Dalton, he was really nice, after expressing us not liking the dip, he took it off from our check. We feel bad, but he insisted since we did not like the dish. Anyway, overall, it was a great experience for us, its a great place to hangout and snack!

Extremely salty food, way over priced. Charged $9.50 for a strawberry sangria that was in a wine glass. Beer was a little pricey at $7.50. Macaroni and cheese sandwich only had a few macaroni on it. Needless to say we wont be going back. If I could recommend people not to waste there time there I would. Plenty of other great place to eat in the valley. Unfortunately, this isnt one of them.

We had a reservation for a prom and both hostesses claimed there was no reservation when we said the correct name and amount of people. We left and came back to find a table with half the group seated with the reservation name printed out on it. Some couples left the restaurant because we thought we didnt have a table and we didnt get to dine with them. Good good though and good service.

Our Server, Brett, was outstanding! He greeted our table in a timely manner and was very personable! He recommended one of their martinis and I loved it! We also got an appetizer that Brett recommended and it had tater tots on the nachos! YUMMMM!! The atmosphere was fun and clean! We will be back! Next time you go in to BL Chesterfield, ask for Brett B! You wont be disappointed!!

Not a good place for business lunch at all. We waited over an hour. Arrived at 11:30 food came at 12:35. Had to get a box and take it to go. Never saw a manager. Pot hole repair came at 12 and filled a pot hole right in front of patio. great smelling black top while you are eating your lunch. Oh never mind because we took our food to go.

Bar Louie surprisingly had great happy hour specials for my work friends and me. I ordered one of the flat breads on happy hour special, and it was delicious. Drinks are reasonably priced for happy hour, however, they are super expensive without happy hour pricing, so beware. Overall, its a great place for groups or date night!

Horrible service and management was very unprofessional. The waiters had no incentive on make seating for our group of 8 despite the few empty tables. Long wait for drinks. Very over priced. Food/menu was not exciting. Nothing like uncooked flour tortillas for your fish tacos.

Pretty different than the Bar Louie in Kirkwood. A bit similar to the Brick House Tavern just down the road. I liked it. It had some cozy little couches in addition to the normal restaurant style seating and a huge bar. Staff was quick and attentive and the food was good.

Worst experience weve ever had at a restaurant... servers were standing around doing nothing... couldnt chew the calimari... it was my brothers b-day and we got the worst service ever... how does the owner let this happen??? We ended up leaving and going somewhere else

Its a bar crowd scene as the name specifies and noisy, loud and no sound deadening at all. The food is not as good as Kreigers and the service is unremarkable except for the long wait. Not a good place for biz lunches an not recommended for dinner at all.

Understaffed on the holiday weekend, dirty tables everywhere woth customers putting their own dirty plates on other dirty tables due to pack of service. We have been here an hour and no food and no drinks. Poor management tonight on 12/26/2016.

Its a great location and the staff is generally very nice, but I cant say the service is excellent. I have frequently had to ask multiple times for simple requests. The food is fine and the ambiance is great for have a nice chat with friends.

It is a nice meet and greet place for having a get together for a few friends.. nice atmosphere. . Food is edible.. drinks are as usual a higher cost than some dives.. but here it is all about a nice clean and friendly atmosphere. .

I loved standing @hightops around the bar with the garage door windows open covered by a huge mesh screen. It was like sitting outside without all the bugs. Cosmo specialty drink was tart & tasty. The flat bread were really good.

Poor service, dirty tables, dirty silverware. I had to ask for a table to be cleaned. Watched others do the same! My burger tasted like the meat was starting to spoil. I didnt complain. I just simply paid let them know and left.

Good place for happy hours. There are no individual rooms, so its kinda noisy when busy. However, the appetizer menu is great during happy hours -- the food is tasty, and the beer keeps on coming.

This is a great place to get brunch or stop in for a cocktail. My only complaint about the brunch is that the coffee kind of seemed like an afterthought.
