Weve tried Rookies 3 times now. The first time we sat in the main dining room and the service and food were great. The 2nd and 3rd times we sat in the no-smoking section. Although our drinks were refilled frequently, the food was slow to arrive. The waitresse servicing the non-smoking area also serve the smoking area which is larger so you dont seem them very often. The food was great as always and the prices are good; however, I think they may want to re-think the service being provided to the non-smoking area. The waitress was apolgetic about the time it took for our food to arrivfe which helped. Well probably be back again but well have to make sure were not too hungry given the fact we may have a long wait. The food was hot when irrived and good so it was worth the wait in the end.

Purchased Living Social coupons and came in Sunday to have good food, good drinks, and a good time. Whole experience was changed in opening greeting from waitress. Upon seeing the coupon, she proceeded to tell us restrictions the owners had placed on them (not published at time of purchase). Not to be used on Drinks, Shrimp, Lunch Specials, Dinner Specials, and something else. Also if you dont use it all, you loose the balance. All other locations forward the amount toward your total bill, simple. These guys would be better off not to get involved with coupon deals, if their penny pinching is going to offend customers. Thanks for Blowing It Guys.....you may want to go back to school for some Restaurant Management Courses.

Its like taking your wife to a smoky Chuck E Cheese. Kids run wild as white trash parents who cant afford a babysitter ignore them while they get wasted on flat draft beer. Food is basic at best . Service is slow since high school kids are the cooks. Ordered 30 peel and eat shrimp which are not cooked and it took 25 minutes to arrive. Woman owner is an old crazy bar hag who has violent outbursts. Great place for hoosiers though.

Not sure what the background stories are from the other reviewers, but the owners are very nice people and do aim to please. This place is a sports bar in Wenztville, MO, so if you were expecting a "white table cloth" dining experience here than you must have a very low IQ. There are different walks of life that come here from classy to trashy, which also describes Wentzville in a nutshell. Good bar food, fun bar atmosphere.

This is the place that if you have a problem, they just dont care. I had a problem that my order that never came out. When I spoke with the owner I was told well that it was "Human error and there is nothing she can do." There was never Im sorry, let me see what the problem is. Just go away, and I did. Wont be back.

THE OWNERS IS TERRIBLE, i try call this bar from ip-relay bcuz iam deaf cannot hear.....this person a lady keep hanging up everytime i try to ask a simple question......asking for (what time closing on sunday night) i will never go this place.
