I use to eat here almost everyday, even got to know many of the staff who called me by name when I came in. I never had any issues with my food or service. The reason for my review is I just went there. I went through the drive thru. Obviously a very busy night, Friday about 8pm. I waited through about 7 cars, ordered my food and received it at the drive thru window. I didnt order a lot the whole order was only $5.70. I used my credit card, dont really carry cash anymore. So, I asked for my cc receipt. I was told it was in the bag. I gave her back the bag at which point she looked into it herself and saw no receipt. I dont believe the cashier knew how to recall a receipt as she played around with the cash register a while then finally went to get someone else. She also seemed flustered raising her voice even though the window was closed. The person she called finally gave me a receipt and I pulled up as I felt bad holding up the line that long. Wouldnt you know she gave me a receipt from somebody else with a total of $16.47 and a cc of 300. I would not have been a but, however my husband is a stickler for receipts whenever we purchase anything. I promptly parked my car and went inside. I went up to the cashier and told her I was given the wrong receipt. Unfortunately she was taking someones order which they were very upset that I jumped the line. I guess I could have got back in line in the drive thru waited till I got to the window again. I could have stood at the back of the line on the inside. Either way I was put in an unfortunate position. The ladies in the drive thru started laughing when the manager walked over to them trying to retrieve my receipt. I felt this was very unprofessional, something so simple like a receipt. I wouldnt have pushed but Ive had problems with my cc in the past, stolen, compromised bogus charges so I always ask for my cc receipt. I really enjoyed this Taco Bell there food has always been good. Unfortunately this customer service experience has left me at a loss. I wont be able to bring myself to go back there when they treat a customer the way I was treated, and put me in a position to aggravate other customers....all for a simple receipt go figure

This is it. This is the place where your dreams come true. You want a taco made of Doritos? You got it. You want a Chalupa? Its there. Dont know what a Chalupa is? Doesnt matter, because youre going to get one. Customer Service is outstanding for a fast food place but is always interesting. You couldnt ask for a cleaner place to eat. You know why? Because theres too much burrito in your mouth and you cant speak. Sure youll regret this in the middle of the night while youre scrambling for the Tums or Pepto, but you dont care, because youre eating a casadea made of nachos. 5/5 would live here if I could.

When we pulled up there were several employees standing outside laughing so I really thought it was going to be a bad experience but we got inside and ordered and got our food within minutes. It was very clean and even while we were eating there was someone washing the Windows outside. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and clean everything was, definitely gave us a little break in the middle of our travels back to Texas from Florida.

I waited over 30 minutes for my order when there were only 4 people in the restaurant, all of whom had ordered right before me. They had a total of 3 people working the entire store that night, which in my opinion should be cause for new management or to simply close your doors. There is no excuse for a customer to wait that long for a meal thats "fast food" I will not be going back to this Taco Bell and recommend that you dont either.

Its rare to find such a personable staff (in Vicksburg Mississippi, anyway!) as the closing crew at Taco Bell. The girl at the window is always very helpful and kind, the food is always hot, fresh, and super yummy!, and the prices are extremely reasonable of course. Thank you late shift at Taco Bell in Vicksburg, I appreciate you!!!

Very slow service! Waited over 30 minutes for food. To top it off, all the orders cam out wrong and had to be made again, causing more of a delay. This restaurant is seriously under staffed!!!
