F@#$%^ TERRIBLE!!! every time I ordered from there wait time online said an hour got my pizza 3 hours later so I tried to call in an order and ask that they not send the same driver as the previous times because he always calls me and I have to give this 50+ year old man directions and he cant even tell me where he is at to begin with! I LIVE RIGHT BY BURGESS AVE AND FLORIDA IN A WELL LIT EASY TO FIND NEIGHBORHOOD! cheese had hardened by the time i got my food and it was 11:00 at night needless to say I had lost my appetite .....BUT...before i could get to ask for a different driver I had the website pulled up and was ordering from it well I asked HOLLY how much an 8 piece hot wing was and she tells me 7.50 well clicked over to wings to see which flavor I wanted and its telling me 6.50 and I asked her why was it higher and she couldnt give me a reason so I asked her politely to open their website and look at the price and she refused so at that point I said ok nevermind bye. Absolutely horrible. I ordered 1 large pizza. Very simple. My son loves the stuffed crust. It was pepperoni, and cheese. My pizza had all kinds of burnt mushrooms and other things on the bottom of it. Didnt notice till after we ate some of it. They actually made this pizza on top of a dirty board. They, apparently are so lazy, they couldnt wipe off the board first. Im extremely dissapointed. Also, have to watch now because an allergy to mushrooms is real. This type of allergy is rare, and causes a lot of problems. This Pizza Hut is absolutely the worst Ive ever visited. Papa Johns from now on.

Ordered online, when placing my order I had to change my order because they were out of pizza crust. So we were limited on what we could order from the pizza place. Then after understanding that the order would take an 1:15 minutes which is normal for this pizza place, waiting patiently called after 1:40 with no order called and asked if our order had left the pizza hut and was informed it had not and they only had one delivery driver on a Thursday night and he/she was out still. Needless to say we canceled the order. Hope management will be able to work out these issues.

I have had several bad experiences with this pizza hut. they either dont put any flavor on the crust or they forget things. my most recent order however is the worst. I payed for the pizza online with my card and tipped the driver cash when they arrived. I thought everything was okay but I was wrong. they charged my card an extra $10 after the pizza was already paid for. if you pay with a card be careful and watch your account. I definitely will not be ordering from this pizza hut ever again.

Ordered for take out and as I was paying I asked the cashier if there was extra ranch and she said "yes there is, I boxed it up myself". Well, I shouldve known better and shouldve checked my food. I got home and the extra ranch that I was charged for was not there and there was this disgusting pesto crap on the crust. Thanks Karen for lying to me & and to whoever screwed up my pizza I really appreciate it.

Worst service ever! After 2 hours I call to ask about our delivery, the first time they hang-up on me. The second time they have huge attitude and say its already out for delivery. 20 minutes later my $40 order shows up cold! (I live 2.3 miles away from them). I have had similar experience every time I have ordered from them and will never again.

They forgot our drinks we were looking forward to them because we are flooded in... They offered to put it towards our next order... I dont know how I dont plan on ordering from them again. They need to double check ordered before leaving... Very disappointed in the pizza the garlic knots have little to no cheese what a waste of money.
