Can I put a negative review on this??? We ordered from here and they only gave us half of our order. Maybe 10 seconds after leaving the location, we realized we didnt have all of our order, so we called to let them know. Whoever answered the phone basically called her customers liars and said that they gave us our whole order, when they did not. She started off by repeating to us an order that was not ours, and when we told her our order she told us that every thing was packed in our bag. We tried to explain to her that we only received 4 of the 7 items we order and she argued with us telling us that she had packed everything in the bag and that it was full when she gave it to us. If she had packed the bag with everything we ordered, we would not of had to call back saying that we were missing items and we would not have to write this review. So from now on, the Taco Bell in Pacific, MO will not receive any business from several people because of this incident. We will choose to go to the Eureka, MO, location instead. And Im sure youll think that it doesnt really matter, but I hope that whoever answered phone at the Pacific location tonight gets a nice talking to by their boss/corporate or gets fired, because what I experienced tonight was down right poor customer service.

My mother drove from Robertsville to Pacific to get me some food while I was at work, and when she got here she told me NO FIRE SAUCE apparently the location is completely out. Also I got a beef supreme chalupa and there was some kind of orange sauce on it....didnt know what it was and it sure wasnt the sour cream that was supposed to be on it. All I know is it was gross with that "orange" sauce and even nastier without any fire sauce. When I called to complain about my order I used the number on my receipt and the person who answered the phone didnt say anything so I called back and it is now going to a fax machine. I looked the telephone # up online and its the same on receipt still going to a fax machine noise...very disappointing to have my mother drive from home just to bring me something that was totally wrong and no fire sauce in the whole restaurant. It made me rate this b4 I could post it at least one star....but trust me if I could have posted it with a NO star rating I would have.

This is a slow, and very inaccurate taco Bell. Make sure you check your order everytime BEFORE leaving since dealing with management there is pulling teeth. I wouldnt post anything about them messing up the occasional order, cause its a taco Bell and you expect that. I however am surprised when I actually get my order back correctly here. This store is very slow at all times of the day. You can expect an average wait time of 5+ minutes for the smallest of orders. To add insult to injury, there are always tons of people behind the counter and they still take forever. This place gets a bonus star for the guy working drive-thru. Hes awesome, and when I get him he will catch the others mistakes and fix it. Hes great at taking orders CORRECTLY and quickly, and he makes it fun to boot. This guy should probably run for president

I think these other comments are bogus. The service is awesome, the atmosphere is comfortable, the value is taco bell. Really Katthlean, you probably paid less than a dollar for that burrito! GET OVER IT! You want a big burrito, go to an expensive place. And silentpaul, you probably shouldt have given them a reason to be rude. And really folks, you create your own atmosphere. I chose to go in excited and happy and thats what I got from the place. Manager is awesome, and the employees make me smile. Its a Taco bell not a 4 star restaurant in New York.

There are not many choices to eat at here in lovely Pacific MO so by no choice I have to eat here often. For the past TWO (2) days I ate here and both days my order has been screwed up. When I say NO SPICY SAUCE, I MEAN NO SPICY SAUCE. I get sick if I eat it and now for two days I have to go hungry and I am out the money. I only get a 30 min lunch and do not have time to leave work again to go back for you ti fix it.

20 mins in drive threw to get cold food and the order was wrong. They need to close this taco Bell they never have enough help and they are rude. Dont listen to what u want to order . Always gets the orders wrong. And the food is not fresh its always cold. The floors were they make the food was nasty. Slowest place in town. They dont care shut this place down

Walked there from my hotel with some friends after a wedding. Only the drive through was open but a young man was kind enough to take our order from the door and deliver us our food. Exceptional service. He probably broke some rules to do it, but he did it anyway to give us what we wanted. That is in a nutshell customer service at its finest.

Over 7 minutes at the window before I just left. Three separate employees used the register and they couldnt even be bothered to say anything. Only two customers inside and no car in front of me. Second time this has happened, previous time was almost 10 minutes before I left. Wont make the mistake of going here a third time.

Used to hate this place, but... The food tastes good and the employees have gotten better attitude wise. The value remains the same. Just recently though the place had some renovations done and now the dinning room has a better feel to it. Definetly feel more comfortable here now than I did years before.

Mens Bathroom had no soap. Womens bathroom had toiler paper outside roller and was filthy. Woman at counter didnt know what she was doing and had no help. When she couldnt find the item we wanted on the computer she tried to sell us 3 other items she could find.

Went this morning 8/4/014 for breakfast and they told me that they were out of eggs. Asked for a hash brown and was told they were also out of those. What it really was that it was 15 min until breakfast ended and they didnt want to make it.

Not the fastest place to go and the food is NEVER what you expect it to be but the guy who is usually at the window makes it a fun experience... Hes always smiling and makes you feel welcome...

I would go inside to order since the speed bumps are a hazard to your vehicle. Also they may mess up your order. Otherwise it is like any other taco bell Ive been to. Cheap food.

Slowest Taco Bell Ive ever been to. I dont know if they are understaffed for lunch time or what but the employees dont seem stressed about it or anything. Not even that busy.
