The cashier and barista seemed poorly trained. It took longer than needed to order my drink. Then it took even longer for my drink to be made. My drink was made hot instead of cold, so then when I said how it was incorrect, the barista took the hot beverage and poured it over ice. Note, after the milk had been steams, pouring it over ice will only melt the ice, making a weak and water beverage. It also does not make a drink cold. I didnt even drink it and regret paying for the beverage. After I left, I went to another local establishment and had the drink I originally wanted and due to the experience I had just had, received it complimentary.

After driving a while to wanted to stop somewhere new and just relax a little. Found this place and I wasnt disappointed. Driving through the neighborhood, I was a little hesitant at first. After sitting down, the vibe of the place was really chill. Quiet during the afternoon. A good place to get away and get work done. They have an indie vibe. Little items here and there that make this place unique and not so cookie cut out. Chill spot

Great place to have a cup of joe with friends and get some work done. Theres also a great burger joint behind it. I believe they are both connected to a theater that does improv comedy. This coffee house has become our regular hang out. Servers are helpful and enjoy having conversations with patrons. My only complaint is that it can get a little packed during peak hours. But other than that its pretty quite and free wifi A great place!

If you come alone and dont order anything, youre probably ok. If youre actually going to place an order, prepare to wait. A. Long. Time. It takes them longer to write the entire order out than to simply get your food. And, theres a new person behind the register every week, who never knows pricing, never knows how to write up items and never knows how to use the register. Great locale. Mediocre product. Horrible service.

Nice and cozy. Very friendly. One of the better coffee houses of town. Matches the free spirit of Westport very well. They brew their coffee with care. Sit down and have a cup of coffee, rather than "to go". Try their strawberry cake, very nice, old fashioned, ...and I believe is with real strawberries...ask for a little whipped cream on the side if you want. Their quiches are good too!

Long lines and they messed up our order. I want to like the place a lot but there is no flow to the shop so when people are waiting for a drink they start piling up and sitting down. Twice someone else has grabbed my drink before I could get to it. They have some interesting drink choices and it has a 90s coffee bar vibe so if you have a lot of time then this is the place for you!

It was my first time there, so I was a little slow ordering, but the staff was friendly and patient. Its a warm, quiet, urban atmosphere, very conducive for studying or conversing with a friend. The setting itself is not at all swanky, just relaxing. We spent almost four hours there just chatting!

Great drink assortment. Lots of alternative milks (rice,almond). Very stereotypical coffeehouse atmosphere (a little snooty, everyone wears beanies). Pretty cozy though and people are generally polite. If youre not an insider, it can be a little off-putting. Probably awesome for 16-25 crowd.

Food is alright, I mean, its a coffee house - not a restaurant...so food is decent considering. Good for a bite, with small dessert and coffee/tea. WiFi, good parking, good location...nice place to meet or chill...also has good events!

Awesome place to go to meet a friend or to get some work/studying done! Always warm in the winter and cold in the summer. Great atmosphere. Plus they serve slices of cake! The real deal breaker is they have a great music playlist :)

The coffee is good and strong, fresh desserts and sandwiches! You cant go wrong at Westport Coffee House. Whenever Im in the Westport area, I stop at Westport Coffee House. Theres something for everyone since my kids love the place.

I dont know if it was today but its 4pm and it has taken us 15 minutes to get our drinks (dirty Chai and a mocha) On top of that the cashier rushed us when we walked in the door.. its 4pm not 5am.. Just go to Broadway cafe.

Always open later than all other coffee houses, occasional live entertainment, plenty of A/C and outlets, excellent beverage and food, and only a little more expensive than Broadway Cafe [where there are no outlets].
