This was my go-to BK up until my backpack got stolen (November/December 2015); took the manager over a week to view security footage, I saw the footage as well. An elderly construction worker was the culprit. Florissant Police decided that theyre not gonna run with it (Lack of evidence, said the corrupt crook; you can just pick and choose which cases that you feel like dealing with!!??? Not how life works, Chief...). The whole situation left a bitter taste in my mouth; as consolation, management couldve AT LEAST sent me the video or given me a copy. I couldve tracked the guy down by my damn self and administered some good ol fashion Street Justice!!!!!

I ordered the BK King sandwich and I get all the way home and get ready to eat my sandwich and I see no meat, so I take my bread off and they done used the sausage patties in place of my hamburger, so I call to store to complain and I speak with the manager John and he tell me thats how little the meat suppose to be. That is ridiculous and unacceptable bc the meat suppose to be at least the same size as the bread. And he didnt even try to offer me another item he just left it at that. Poor customer service an the BK Prince burger should be on the dollar menu the McDouble at McDonalds is bigger then that

It was really hard giving this store one star. It must be lazy ass people that dont want to work or just dont care about quality service. I would fire them all and start over. Everyone needs to check their order before leaving the drive thru. This is the second time in the past thirty days they got my order wrong.

Order and paid by card for 3 chicken meals, received order with one chicken sandwich missing. It took 3 trip back to bk before was corrected. We also receive 3 receipts customer , merchants and order in the bag. However do you balance the books with out the merchant copy? Will not go back!! Order number 43.

I went through the drive thru and asked for a strawberry minutemaid and she put a pink lemonade instead. And told me when i corrected her that they are the same . Very horrible service I just left no money spent at all and went to dairy queen for my drink .
