Absolutely the worst fast food place Ive been to. Been here four times now and not once has the order been correct. This last time, the only thing that was correct was the French fries. Each time they finally got the order right after sending it back. This last time the order was sent back THREE TIMES before it was correct. Each time, no ketchup in dispenser either. Not sure what the whole issue here is but Hardees seriously needs to step up and do something! Correction.....make that FIVE times sent back.....they just screwed up my sons burger AGAIN and its just a burger with ketchup, mustard and pickles. How hard is that? Oh.....im not the only one getting their stuff wrong either. Every order taken while we were here was incorrect in some form......ive been listening. Also would like to mention that the workers were getting rude about me taking incorrect orders back. Hello folks......get my food right and I wont keep bringing it back! Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. This will be my LAST time at this one.

Visited store 11/08/2016. Drove back to Saint Louis from Caseyville, ILLINOIS. Got settled in to eat with family and all 6 sausage biscuits had no sausage!! They were just biscuits. Not worth the trouble of driving back but phone lines have been busy for the last hour. ON PURPOSE?! Maybe. Cashier Kristina who I would assume was also the one who took my order through the drive through. Corporate is not open till 7am.

I drove through on Saturday 04/01/17 the chicken strips were greasy and tasted like old grease. I have had them several times before with no issues. Also, employee standing outside the drive thru by the door that leads out, smoking a cigarette! Smoke your cigarette on the other side of the parking area away from food. Disappointed!

Drive thru took over 10 minutes to order. I had to go over it 12 times with the person working. I give every bit of patience for food workers and remained nice the whole time. In the end it was all wrong. Place needs better worker quality control.

worst food ever, stopped on way to a ballgame. The floor on the entire dining area was sticky, tables were dirty, took 15 min to get our food which was awful. STAY AWAY!!!!

Very clean for fast food. Slow, but made to order freshness is worth the wait. I had chicken tenders and they were cooked perfectly.
