As far as being an emplyee here....proceed with caution. This franchis is probably hiring constantly due to poor management. A friend of mine was fired on his 5th day because he didnt cook rice properly and was demeaned by his superior and fired. I hope the owner sees this...and disciplines his managers on wrongful termination and discrimination. A lawyer will be contacted since Rich the manager gave me a fake phone number to the franchise owners, and human resources. Rich wrongfully terminated an employee, and was completely unprofessional, demeaning to him, and did not provide the proper training. Someone better contact me or you will be getting a lawsuit promptly!

The last time I ate at this location, the employees were extremely rude and impatient. To top it all off, after eating at this location, I began having serious stomach pains that lasted for the rest of that night and the next few days. The Arnold location has a much friendlier staff and a much cleaner establishment. If I could give no stars or negative stars I would.

We stopped in 10:15 pm, both staffers very friendly and prompt, in and out with our orders, hot fresh dinners and drinks, in less than 10 minutes, we didnt realize they were open late. Double steak quesadillas very generous with meat. Dinners were great, an excellent experience, will definitely be back for late night meals!

I love the Staff here at the Qdoba in the Bluffs they are always very nice and quick. The only thing I would say could be improved on is having fresher food. It doesnt happen all the time but there have been times the food seemed to be out for a bit to long. Other than that It is great and the staff is awesome.

It was 7:36am the door was locked still when they open at 7:30. The staff just looked at me dumb founded and didnt come to the door until I had already gotten back to my vehicle. Wont be returning even though I love their breakfast. This wasnt my first negative experience with them in the morning.

The last two times Ive been there the chicken was really hard and dry and very small chunks. They claim free guacamole, but the scoop they give you is very small. When I asked for extra, they charged me for it. They have really gone downhill.

Usually we love Qdoba, but food just wasnt up to par today. The tortillas used for the knockout tacos were hard around the edges. The chips tasted a little stale. The burrito was great though. No complaints there.

Ordered a chicken dish for lunch, dont recall what it was called. A couple of pieces of chicken that were covered with a cheese sauce, served with rice and beans.

They charge for double the meat and only give you a small amount. My burrito is smaller then a taco bell burrito. Very unhappy we will never eat there again.

Do not use this place for catering!!! We spent $300 and got barely enough food to feed 10 people and it was suppose to feed 20. Manager didnt care either.

Their burritos are enough for two meals! The freshly made chips are great too with a hint of lime. Try them with the guac, you will not be disappointed.
